We've had two basement windows put in now, and they were done with professionalism and without incident. I appreciate the simplicity of dealing with Fortress - they quoted a price and they installed at that price, they cleaned up their mess and always acted with courtesy and honesty.
Steve recently came by and fixed a few things for us - an entrance door that wasn't hanging well, and a window frame that was leaking into the walls. He came very quickly and didn't charge us a cent. We appreciate the service, and for our next job we will call Fortress again.
