Brasco Siding

After only 4 yrs I now have to replace all eavestrough that Fernando installed. They leaked and flowed wrong from the beginning but none of my calls were returned. New contractor pointed out how things were installed seam side down, with water flow too heavy for size of downspouts. Thus pipes split and leak down the house and into basement. I would NEVER deal with this again and warn everyone against them.

3 days after huricane Sandy we noticed some loose siding high up under the eves. It was waving around in the wind and in danger of being blown off. Being seniors, it was not a job we could handle. It took many calls to several companies before we could get one to come and do it. They were either "too busy with bigger jobs" or didn't do service calls or couldn't do it for 5 days. When we called Brasco they suggested they could send us someone who would be on the way home soon from another job site (it was late in the day) and he could do the job on the way. Fernando Fresco arrived very soon after and was finished in about 10 minutes. It cost a lot for such a small job, but it saved us from having a much larger one if the siding had been blown off later and the worker was actually working overtime after his regular shift, so we think it was worth it. We will certainly call this company again and we recommend it too.
