No Service for months even under warranty!

The after sales service is terrible. His warranty is useless. He only shows up is he smells money. After he installed my furnace, there were problems and after taking the first call, he knew that he would not get any more money as it was still under warranty. So he doesn't answer any more of my calls. Tried reaching him from a different number and when he picked up, he said that there had been some issues and that he would show up the next day but since then I haven't heard from him for months! Pretty much given up on this! If you want good, reliable service, or expect someone to honour their service warranty, don't call Nimish.
