Two weeks before we were to go on vacation in February, I called Reliance Home Comfort for an annual furnace cleaning. My furnace was 11 years old & I had purchased it on a Lease-to-Own program. When the lease was up I hired Reliance for servicing. I had never been told that the furnace was unsafe, but this time the technician red-tagged my furnace saying one of the pipes was not insulated & was too close to the wall. I called an HVac supplier but was told that only licensed HVac technicians could make purchases. Nimish happened to be in the store & took the call. He came to our house
& walked us through a inexpensive solution. We made an alcove in the wall to enlarge the distance between the pipe & the wall & the
red tag was removed in time for our vacation.
On another occasion Nimish discovered that Enbridge had shut off our gas while moving our neighbour's gas meter & had not turned it back on as promised. Nimish fixed the problem & relit the pilot light on our hot water heater. He did not charge us for either of these house calls. Next year I will need a new furnace & Nimish will certainly be my first call
