Smart Pools On Ground Swimming Pools

Moved house in July, and wanted a pool again. Researching our options, we came across Rob's company, and started a discussion. Incredible wealth of knowledge and practical advice helped us settle on the On-ground option, and we couldn't be happier! The installation date actually ended up being earlier than expected (giving us a few more days to enjoy the result ;-)), and the whole process was smooth and painless! Even to providing some suggestions re: fencing, and helping to coordinate access to the city for the entire permit and approval process.
Rob, Trevor, and the whole team are very organized, meticulous and professional, and when they were finished, you'd almost never guess the pool hadn't been there for years.

After investigating different options and several contractors we chose Smart Pools to install our pool. We had our pool installed by Rob and his company in October 2015. Rob was an absolute pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions and shared his incredible knowledge in assisting us with our decisions, before, during and after installation. The installation was professionally and efficiently handled and completed in just a few short days. As our installation was done in the fall we are only now completing our backyard oasis. We are extremely pleased with how our project has turned out and would certainly recommend Rob and his team at Smart Pools.

We researched getting a pool for a long time (2 Years) and every where we went while very pleasant, we always felt we were not getting the answers or options we wanted. Rob put that feeling to rest from the first time we chatted both over the phone and in person.

Rob does go above and beyond where possible to help you finish your project/backyard and not just install the pool. That includes advice, referring other tradesman and pointing out what you may not see.

I can honestly say that Rob was the only person, after calling numerous companies, that called back and was pleasant on the phone. It was truly a pleasure dealing with Rob and how professional he was both on the phone and in person.

When Rob came to the house he answered all of our questions, gave us ample amounts of his time and left without us feeling any pressure whatsoever.

We looked at 3 different options for our pool installations. Rob, of all the reps that came to give us a quote was the most informative and detailed then all of them. Rob also spent a good 3 hours explaining the install process and what we were to expet throughout the whole installation.
When the installation date came it was straight to work for Rob and his crew they had completed it in just 3 days. I was amazed. Rob even ripped out the deck I was supposed to take apart. Which I appreciated so much. Once all the decking was done by another contractor we were able to enjoy our beautiful pool.

Everyone that has come over to see the yard has said how amazing the pool looks and are so supposed when I tell them how quick it was to install at a very reasonable cost.

Rob and his team were great. Rob answered all our emails full of questions and where many companies dont want to come out to talk to you unless you are ready to buy, Rob didnt mind. In fact when we changed our mind and decided to do it a year earlier, he fit us in and was very accommodating. Every reference he gave us sang nothing but his praises. The pool is wonderful and we cant wait to finish it off in the spring!

We had our salt water on-ground pool installed November 2014 by Rob, the owner of Smart Pools. We are so pleased with the whole experience. We have never owned a pool before, and Rob was extremely helpful and patient with us, guiding us through the process of pool installation. He layed out what the steps were so we could understand what was involved and helped us weigh the pros and cons of different choices in terms of size, depth and other options. He was wonderfully honest and never talked us into any extras. As to the installation of the pool, he was very carful not to damage our property. Installation took place over several days with him showing up every day till the project was completed. We absolutely love the finished product. It came out even better then we anticipated, and looks like an inground pool at a fraction of the cost. We would highly recommend Smart Pools to anyone interested in an on-ground pool.
