The service was quick, efficient, professional and very friendly! The only reason I am rating a 9 is that the pricing chart online is a bit deceiving. The cheapest load is actually much smaller than what it appeared to be online. This being said it was still cheaper than several other companies I contacted. If you are prepared to pay for convenience this is definitely the company to go with! They even swept up after they loaded everything. /9

I have used you in Toronto but I have to say that the two young men who came to remove my "junk" we're absolutely wonderful! I was in stitches the whole time. Who thought emptying a garage of junk could be so enjoyable. I commend you for having such professional and outgoing staff. You are definitely in speed dial for all my clean up needs. The guys that came were fantastic. They were able to move out my junk within minutes and also ensured that no additional mess was left from the work. The price was reasonable and the availability was great 10/10

The service I received today was extremely top notch. They arrived on time and were extremely friendly and courteous. When going through the house they insisted on taking off their boots to prevent the house from getting dirty, which was much appreciated. On top of that, they loaded up the truck much faster than I anticipated. All-in-all, those two guys exceeded my expectations by a mile. Thanks.

Hello, I want to let you know how great Daniel and Greg (Craig?) were. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional and were able to clean up everything so quickly. Thank you to them and Just Junk for providing consistently great service.

I had an appointment between 9 am and 11 am. About 8:30 they called and left a message on my answering machine saying they were about 25 minutes from my house and I could call them back if I wanted and gave their phone number. I called and they said the would be there is 15 minutes. In less than 15 minutes and before 9:00, Tory, Matt and John were at my house. Very professional and friendly. They removed a 6' couch, big chair and old, heavy stove from my basement as arranged. For $30 extra, they took a huge TV - the kind with a big back and very heavy! Everything fit in truck and they asked if I had anything else to go? They took a broken wooden picnic table and a scooter that did not work, with 2 batteries. All done in less than 1/2 hr. I am removing clutter from my home of 45 yrs. The guys were very efficient and willing to do the job with a smile. I will call them again and have shared my experience with friends on Face Book. They gave me coupons to share also. Thankful to Homestars for Just Junk.
