An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
The service was quick, efficient, professional and very friendly! The only reason I am rating a 9 is that the pricing chart online is a bit deceiving. The cheapest load is actually much smaller than what it appeared to be online. This being said it was still cheaper than several other companies I contacted. If you are prepared to pay for convenience this is definitely the company to go with! They even swept up after they loaded everything. /9
