When we decided to downsize I knew we needed to get rid of some "treasures" we had accumulated over the past forty plus years Fortunately I noticed an ad for Just Junk in a recent AMA email. I booked the service online and received a $10 rebate which was much appreciated. We certainly didn't have a full truckload but I was resigned to paying a flat rate if necessary. However, I was very pleased to learn that the cost was determined by the size of the load. The team called to advise that they were on their way and arrived promptly at the appointment time. They were very professional and polite. They worked quickly and efficiently - and didn't even flinch when we pointed out the very heavy old TV in the basement! I would certainly recommend them!

They were clean, polite, kind, and I was actually quite surprised at the caliber of staff who showed up. The jusk was removed quickly, and everything flowed as smoothly as possible. Phenomenal service! Called them on Monday for a quote on the removal of a hot tub before our pool opens on Friday. Not only did they come to quote me on Monday, but their quote was the most competitive, and they removed the hot tub on Tuesday!! Backyard was clean, they also offered to remove the barbed wire surrounding our property for the safety of our kids, for no charge.

Will definitely not hesitate to use them again!

Your TEAM was fantastic. Friendly, thorough, efficient & fast! I never knew an Estate Clean-out type service existed to take care of unwanted property with little to no effort on our part. Your guys did it all. Management in the apartment never knew this service existed either, best +$500 invested to save dealing with this at a very difficult time. My removal was for old or broken household items. The two gentlemen (Max and his partner - I fail to remember his name) were very courteous and accommodating. It was timely and as they moved things we had a nice chat. In the past I had hired another junk removal company so I have had some previous experience. But I can honestly say that this instance was way BETTER in every respect. I am especially grateful that the pricing was EXTREMELY BETTER than the other company we had hired before. For that and other reasons, I have now found the one company I will keep calling should I ever need household items or other "junk" to be removed. You have earned my business and referrals.
