The guys that came out were polite and courteous, and incredibly efficient at packing as much as possible into the truck. The truck was smaller than expected so we had some leftover items we weren't able to have removed but overall we're very satisfied.

The crew arrived well within the time frame, were polite and conscientious. The price was competitive with having a 4 cubic yard bin delivered and doing the job myself and it was, of course, much more convenient.

I was extremely pleased with the removal of our hot tub which was embedded in our deck. It was done quickly, and more importantly, with absolutely no damage to our property or deck. The crew also removed all debris and left the site clean and tidy. I couldn't have ask for anything more! /10

Everything was incredible. Simplicity of scheduling on time. Your guys arrived at 4:30pm (within the 4:00-6:00pm window given) and called 20 minutes before arriving. And they were very fast, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend. Wish I hadn't waited so long to arrange this

Jeremy and his partner, whose name I failed to catch, arrived on time and had the job completed in a little over ten minutes. I was getting rid of a large wall unit which I had previously disassembled in order to paint the room that it had been in. Jeremy and his partner were neat and efficient and very business-like. I will not hesitate to use Just Junk again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone needing to clear some space around the house.

We have used other companies for junk removal in the past, and were not overly impressed by their pricing or their service. JustJunk prices are great and the staff were excellent. We will absolutely use this company again the future and will make sure to recommend them to anyone looking for similar services.
