Zach was very detailed and thorough in all aspects leading up to having our roof replaced. He knows his products well and instils confidence when making suggestions or addressing any concerns. He made sure we were comfortable and all our requirements/requests were met.
We had a couple concerns with the standards/professionalism of the crew that arrived to install the roof but these were addressed immediately by management at the office when we voiced our concerns.
When all was said and done we were happy with our decision to use AM and would recommend them. Zach, Jimmie and Cody were excellent to deal with.
