I called All Star to clean our basement carpet which was badly stained and they did an okay job but the stains came back. I didn't bother calling them back but I wasn't very happy with their product and overall service.

Dear Tamara. Our policy is always to return and clean any stains which come back within 2 weeks. We do it for free. Too bad you haven't call us and I haven't seen your review until now.
