We recently had our ducts cleaned by Dave's Duct Cleaning and we were thoroughly satisfied with their work. Their technicians were knowledgeable, articulate, and had a very professional attitude. They showed us before and after pictures of our ducts, and explained the work they were doing along the way. They were happy to answer any questions that we had, and followed up with us a few days later to see if we had any additional questions or concerns. Next time we need our ducts cleaned, we will definitely be calling Dave. Thank you for an exceptional job!

We recently had our Duct's cleaned by Dave's Duct cleaning and they did an excellent job. The quality of air after the cleaning was completed was noticeable immediately. The before and after pictures allowed me to see how good a job that they did. They were a pleasure to deal with as well.

I finish buying a Amaircare 3000 Portable Hepa Filtration System from them. I would use them anytime...

Dave sent a senior staff to clean my ducts. He is very professional and cleaned the ducts thoroughly and quickly. He is well equipped with truck and pipes etc. so no time is wasted. I noticed some noise coming from the furnace room after he is gone, and I called Dave asking him whether it's because of the duct cleaning. Dave first tried to figure it out together with me over the phone but it's hard to identify. What moved me was that Dave spent 40 minutes driving to where my house is for identifying the source of the noise and it turned out that the noise came from the water heater tank, not the furnace. I called the water heater tank rental company and fixed the problem later. From my experience, Dave's Duct Cleaning is a great company to work with and I would recommend it to any one who need help for duct cleaning.

It has been a pleasure working with Dave and his team, Scott and Marcus. I contacted Dave and a few other Duct Cleaning Services through HomeStars. Dave contacted me immediately and a discussion "pros & cons" of cleaning ducts began. Our home had been under construction for a number of years and the dust from the drywall was awful. It didn't matter when I dusted, the white dust was back within a day. Dave sent Scott and Marcus. They were terrific, used a camera to show us before and after pics. I would highly recommend Dave's Duct Cleaning! NOW my husband would too. He didn't think duct cleaning was needed. As for the dust, no more dust...thanks Dave, Scott and Marcus!

We recently moved into our home. We didn't know when the previous owner had last had the air ducts cleaned, so we thought we should get it done.
We chose Dave's Ducts because they had a deal on one of the deal of the day sites and I'm glad they did.
Even though my deal-of-the-day voucher had expired, they still honoured it.
The guys who came to clean the ducts were prompt, polite and professional. They answered all my questions and showed before and after photos of the ducts.

We had duct cleaning done at our house last Saturday, Jan. 26th and Dave and Shane arrived right on time...I am happy to recommend Dave to all our friends and colleagues at work...we were very satisfied with the work done...Dave was very thorough and very detailed in his work...thumbs up!...it was worth it calling Dave's company.

I had my ducts cleaned 2 years ago by a company that was "approved" by Mike Holmes. I thought I was getting a good job until I kept having to change my expensive filter every few months. I called Dave's in and they showed me how my return ducts were never touched! Dave's showed my photos and explained exactly what they were going to do. They took their time to ensure a proper job and cleaned up afterwards. Now I am confident that ALL my ducts are cleaned. Beware of any of the professionals that advertise a whole house cleaning for $99 in 30 minutes. It can't be done in 30 min. Call Dave's Duct Cleaning! I had my ducts cleaned by Dave's Duct Cleaning. Not only did they explain what they were doing, they showed me the "before" and "after". What a difference. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their ducts cleaned. They are someone you can trust and that's hard to find these days.
Most recently, I sent them an email about my furnace not working. Julius went out of his way to speak to a colleague of his who is in the business and hooked me up with him. After receiving millions of calls from an obnoxious duct cleaning company over the past year, even the idea of having someone in to do ours made me crazy... but with the impending arrival of a baby and having done some recent renovations, we thought it was a good idea. I called and got their voice-mail but the voice on the machine sounded very sincere so I left a message. I quickly got a call back from a gentleman named Julius who understood my desperation to get them cleaned before going into labour and accommodated my request to have our ducts done ASAP. We were provided with a pre-visit checklist and encouraged to ask any questions we may have, though we already felt good about it.

The technician, Scott, who arrived promptly on time was very thorough, very careful not to track any dirt into the house, and showed me before and after photos of the gunk (and later lack thereof) in the ducts and checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns.

We will definitely use Dave's again for our HVAC needs. They are real people running a real small business and it makes me happy to keep our business in the neighbourhood. They weren't as cheap as the people who incessantly cold-call, but I would rather pay for quality and for true customer service any day! :)
