Over 30 years of watching our magnificent Fat Albert Spruce tree grow is gone as a result of a very windy day. Many thanks to Tom of TS Arborist Services and crew. He responded to my request, immediately! Tom showed up when he said he would, via a text, and viola the tree is no more. Communication is the key to a happy customer! Thank you Tom for job, part 1, well done. Stump removal step 2 completed! I highly recommend Tom for anyone who needs an excellent Arborist.

In my panic, upon noticing, black colour on the walls, floors and baseboard, I went to HomeStars for help. So many companies to choose from and so my search began. After sending messages to several companies, and speaking with a few, I settled on Air Doctors largely because of the owner, Andre. Andre and Cody arrived and looked over the room in the basement. Andre suggested a test for mould, both inside and outside, be done. The results of the tests were amazing and I felt so much better. Knowledge is a powerful tool. Mould remediation needed to be done and Andre made time for my project, immediately! Andre's calm mannerisms, professionalism and empathy for my concern for my family's health saved the day and made me a life-long customer. My husband and I recommend Air Doctors highly!

Purchased: Three-Seat Couch, Wingback and French provincial chairs It is a delight to get to know and work with Margaret, Owner/Designer. She knows her material and design. All furniture is made there from a wide selection of materials/designs. If she doesn't have the item you want, Margaret will locate it and bring it into the store. I will return.

After searching for backsplash tile to match a very busy colour granite counter, a neighbour suggested we visit Rivalda. After trying to find someone to help us, during a busy Saturday, it was suggested we return during the week. We did return, armed with samples of the granite counter and floor tile, and asked for someone to help. We were pointed in the direction of glass tiles and left on our own. A kind staff, Franco, came forward and offered to assist although it was clear that this wasn't his main responsibility. Franco was patient and extremely knowledgable. We left with lots of samples. The tile he had said would be the best match was infact the best and we returned to purchase the tiles. With 1 box of tiles left over, we returned it and got a full refund, wow! The kitchen looks great; especially, with the addition of the backsplash tile!

It has been a pleasure working with Dave and his team, Scott and Marcus. I contacted Dave and a few other Duct Cleaning Services through HomeStars. Dave contacted me immediately and a discussion "pros & cons" of cleaning ducts began. Our home had been under construction for a number of years and the dust from the drywall was awful. It didn't matter when I dusted, the white dust was back within a day. Dave sent Scott and Marcus. They were terrific, used a camera to show us before and after pics. I would highly recommend Dave's Duct Cleaning! NOW my husband would too. He didn't think duct cleaning was needed. As for the dust, no more dust...thanks Dave, Scott and Marcus!
