I used services of this company for the second time. We removed popcorn from the ceiling on the second floor and engaged the company for duct cleaning. They came on time, was professional, fast and honest. They explained the process and advised as of what exactly services we need given the condition of the systems in our house. Everything as promised. Highly recommended.

Complete Duct Cleaning

I recently bought a home that required extensive renovations, which meant that the ducts got congested and, well, pretty damn gross! On the recommendation of my dad (yup, I'm a second generation client here, haha), I called in Dave's Ducts.

My partner and I are really happy with the quality of service and attention to detail that Dave's team put into cleaning the ducts. They took the time to not only inform us about the process (before and after), but were very diligent and thorough throughout.
We were surprised by the big chunks of debris that were pulled out, and let me use that to stress the importance of using a qualified and reputable company like Dave's that uses top of the line equipment to do the work!

I highly recommend Dave's Ducts and let's keep on supporting this locally-owned business so that one day I can recommend them to my kids too :)

I just had my dryer vent cleaned by the team from DavesDucts. I sent a note to Dave and had a response back within 30 minutes. The team that performed the service were excellent. They were knowledgeable and professional. They hit a small snag with a birds next blocking the way to the exterior of the vent but the guys went above and beyond to ensure that the entire duct was clean and clear. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for future projects

Duct Cleaning and Aeroseal

We had variations in temperature in different areas of the house specially our top floor with the bedrooms. Reading on Aeroseal it seemed to be the solution, it was also recommended by Dave when we discussed the symptoms during our duct cleaning a month ago. Initial tests showed high leakage in the ducts. They sealed the gaps with Aeroseal as well taped major gaps they were able to access. After tuning the heat back on, we could immediately feel marked improvement around the house. They were very professional and courteous, and kept us informed with all details through the process.

True pros, exactly as described and not happy until you are

I hired Dave's Ducts to clean my ducts before changing out a 40 year old furnace. They were very professional throughout the process and the before and after pictures were incredible. They even followed up after the process to make sure I was 100% satisfied and if not, were willing to do whatever they had to to get me to 100%. You will be treated right by Dave's Ducts. Highly recommend.

Very Efficient Company

The ducts in my home haven't been cleaned for years. Based on reviews on this site, I hired DavesDucts to do the work.
They arrived early for their appointment yesterday.
The servicemen were polite, very tidy and efficient. Before and after photos showed the thoroughness of their work. They were at my home for over three hours. There was no residual dust when they left.
I am very pleased and can recommend them.

Daves Ducts came recommended by another company that I wanted to hire after my ducts were clean. I called them and, after answering my questions, was asked to book my appointment online. They were a bit late, but called before to let me know, so it wasn't a big deal. I was scared because their instructions said the house would have to be vaccumed after because of the dust. They are also very clear about doors width because they need to get in with a big machine.
We had no problems! They cleaned and covered all exits individually, then proceeded with the duct cleaning itself. In the end, they showed us pictures of before and after. It feels so much better to know our ducts are clean! Forgot to mention that the price was just as announced on the website - by number of vents. I paid exactly what they said I would (which did not happen with the company I hired years ago to do the same job).
The guys who came were respectful and professional. I would totally recommend this company and will hire then again next time.

Sorry that we were late, we are always at the mercy of our first and second jobs as we will always stay as long as necessary to perform this service. Vacuuming after our service is expected depending on the how dirty your HVAC system is - we mitigate this by isolating the supply and return vents by sealing them during the process, however - when the system is reactivated anything in the airstream that was unsettled may be forced through the supply vents depending on how bad they were to begin with. Also, often after a thorough deep cleaning of the HVAC system, more air will travel through without restriction and that additional air pressure could cause any debris around your supply boot to push out into the living space if there is a big enough gap around the supply boot and your floor. The best way to rectify any dust beneath your floor from being pushed into your living space would be to tape around your supply vents to close that gap. Before/after photos are mandatory with every service as they tell us when to stop cleaning :) As for our pricing, we publish all our rates as we're not interested in upselling.
