Daves Ducts came recommended by another company that I wanted to hire after my ducts were clean. I called them and, after answering my questions, was asked to book my appointment online. They were a bit late, but called before to let me know, so it wasn't a big deal. I was scared because their instructions said the house would have to be vaccumed after because of the dust. They are also very clear about doors width because they need to get in with a big machine. We had no problems! They cleaned and covered all exits individually, then proceeded with the duct cleaning itself. In the end, they showed us pictures of before and after. It feels so much better to know our ducts are clean! Forgot to mention that the price was just as announced on the website - by number of vents. I paid exactly what they said I would (which did not happen with the company I hired years ago to do the same job). The guys who came were respectful and professional. I would totally recommend this company and will hire then again next time.

We've been considering renovating our small and outdated kitchen for a while. Considering our experience with smaller jobs, though, we were very scared because, with two kids, it would be hard to manage without a kitchen for too long and, in our experience, contractors simply did not meet their deadlines. Rafael and his team not only met their deadline (5 weeks), but they surpassed our expectations in every way. They were on time every day, communicated very clearly what they were doing and the steps to come. Depending on what was getting done, Rafael would bring different people to help and every single one of them was professional and very respectful. Rafael has a "can do" attitude that simply put us at ease that he will figure out a way to make things work - and he had a lot of figuring out to do at our house because we put down structural walls and had to rearrange ducts and pipes. He also managed to put the farmhouse sink I wanted in an Ikea cabinet - other contractors we checked before said it could not be done and that we should go with custom cabinets. He was also patient answering all the questions I had, explaining what he was doing and waiting for my answers when we had to make decisions. Worth mentioning that we mistakenly thought we had to make one more weekly payment, even after Rafael telling us we did not have to. He patiently sat down with us to go through payments records and showed us that we were done with the weekly payments. Not sure if other contractors would have done the same. All my friends that told me to expect weeks of delay are now surprised that Rafael and his team met the deadline, even though we added to the job and ended up renovating the whole floor. We will surely hire them again when we renovate other parts of the house. No need to say that I love my main floor now - the kitchen, the powder room, the new flooring, closet doors. It feels like a different house! Cannot thank you enough, Rafael! Thank you!

Diego did our driveway about 4 years ago. He was responsive, fast, clean and efficient. My driveway was in a very bad condition. He gave me the best estimate out of the 3 companies I asked. I was afraid it wouldn't be a good service for this reason, but decided to take the risk. I'm glad I did! It was great and my driveway is still in great shape, even after 4 years of no maintenance (it's paving, not stone). I've already recommended him to my friends and would hire him again.

I've hired them twice. One when I left my house to rent out and another when I was moving back in. No way I would clean after the people that lived in my house left. I was disgusted by my own house. They made an excellent job. The house was clean, without dirty traces of my tenants. They are fast, nice and flexible. They bring everything that is needed. But, oh, boy, is it expensive! It's a lot of money!!! But, if you have the money or you are in a bad situation like I was, it is worth it.

I have a big backyard and, with my own equipment, it takes me at least 40 minutes to cut the whole thing. That's 40 minutes that I'm not enjoying with my kids, doing things I like or running errands that are actually more important than cutting my grass. Peter (the owner) provides me time and that is invaluable. His team comes and cut everything in under 15 minutes. They come every week and they do a good job, being careful with my plants and flowers around the garden. When needed, they coordinate with LawnSavers pretty well. They are flexible too. I wasn't in the country for a while and they were able to accommodate my needs. I'm sorry I didn't hire them years earlier.

I have a big backyard and a very neglected one... until last year, when I hire LawnSavers. For a while, I thought that maybe it wasn't worth it because I could still see more weeds that I wish, but by the end of the season and specially now you can see the difference. Wow! My grass is much better. It looks healthy now! I might say I have the greenest lawn of the street and that is from having the worst lawn in the area a year ago. I'm not rating it 10 because I feel uneasy with their pricing... they give you "promotions", but when you do the math you end up paying practically the same, with only a few dollars or cents difference. To me, this is misleading the consumer and I don't appreciate that. I'd rather them be clear with their pricing and cut all "bs" promotions. Their service is worth their price, so they should own it. That said, their customer service is pretty reliable and responsive.
