We hired Vlad to install Mural wall paper for the kids room. He responded quickly with a reasonable quote and accommodated our schedule. Vlad and his team arrived on time as promised, they were very professional and did a great job. Would definitely recommend them.

We had variations in temperature in different areas of the house specially our top floor with the bedrooms. Reading on Aeroseal it seemed to be the solution, it was also recommended by Dave when we discussed the symptoms during our duct cleaning a month ago. Initial tests showed high leakage in the ducts. They sealed the gaps with Aeroseal as well taped major gaps they were able to access. After tuning the heat back on, we could immediately feel marked improvement around the house. They were very professional and courteous, and kept us informed with all details through the process. Thanks guys

This is long overdue. We had multiple projects planned including rebuilding the deck, building a gazebo, remodel our kitchen and installing a new Ikea kitchen, front porch enclosure, brick veneer interior wall plus various electric work. After looking for contractors for 6 months; we were finally lucky to find Open concept who were recommended by friends. We finished all the work about 2 months ago, and we have to say they met and exceeded our expectations every step of the way. The project started exactly on time as promised. Wilson and his team apart from being skillful, they were extremely polite, and disciplined. They were at our house every day exactly 8 am for the whole 6 or 7 weeks of the project and cleaned as best as they can at end of every day. At the end our house looks great thanks to these guys. It's tough going through Reno work for several weeks while living in the house with 2 little kids, but those guys made it much easier for us. Special thanks to Wilson, he had great ideas and always managed to find solutions and worked around problems to meet all our needs. Would definitely recommend them.

We hired John to hang a rather heavy chandeliers and connect a new Thermostat. Was on time, very professional, and got the job done quickly too. Thermostat required fishing a new wire which he ended up not charging extra for it. Would definitely hire John again.

My furnace stopped working, called Core Temp for their 24/7 service, but Richard was on a job and couldn't accommodate us. He recommended we get some in the morning and closer in my area to avoid extra charges if he comes in a long way. However he stayed on the phone asking about the problem, walking me through troubleshooting steps till it actually worked again. He spent about 20 min helping me on the phone without expecting any return. Very helpful, very honest.
