We recently purchased a house that has undergone a lot of renos as such the ducts were filthy, pretty much used to dump the trash. As such we required duct cleaning.
Brendan and Scott arrived on time lay down the tarps, wall corner protectors, took their shoes off and took the time to explain the work to be done. They cleaned out 18 ducts also cleaned out the furnace fan and central vac at no extra charge (since they weren't that dirty). What I liked is that they took before and after pictures so you can see the difference in the cleaning.
Service took approx 2.5 - 3hrs. After the work was done they cleaned up any mess and Brendan explained the cost breakdown.
Overall satisfied with the service.

Per NADCA standards it's recommended that air duct cleaning be performed following renovations in your home. Contractors may sub-contract their trades and may not be on job sites to constantly supervise and it's commonplace for debris to make it's way into the duct work. (In some instances, not all).
