I called Mike Ritter, owner and operator of National Heating & A/C as I was given his name by my best friend. She just had him out to her house to fix something that a representative from Enbridge didn't even want to try to fix. Mike fixed it perfectly. The next day my A/C wasn't cooling, so I called Mike. He was friendly and honest and extremely knowledgeable. He told me what to do while on the phone with me, whilst at his cottage on Saturday!!! Where does anyone get that type of service today? I was worried my a/c would be broken when the heat wave broke out and I live with my elderly dad. He was amazing! and if I ever I need to recommend him or use him again myself - I will not hesitate, instead I will promote his name and company to anyone that asks me ..after all most trades are successful through word of mouth! Thank you again Mike! You're awesome!!
