Jeff was referred to us by a friend and he completed all the work for our basement shower. Every thing was done to code and professionally. We then called him for another issue at our grooming salon and out of 6 plumbers he not only came late in the evening but returned the next day to finish everything off. He was awesome in both instances and showed such integrity and pride which has been lost by most people along with work ethic that is so appreciated and will not go without recognition! Thank you so much Jeff you are truly one in a million!

This is my second time moving with Augusta movers. Since our first move in 2017 I always recommend them. They impressed me so much we used them again in 2020. They are professional, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. From the most expensive pieces of furniture to boxes full of pillows they take so much care and pride. They always have an amazing foreman and then a team of hard working guys who are a pleasure to deal with. This is the only Moving team I would ever use! Keep up the good work.

I moved into a new home 3 Months ago. Maple Air was their original provider and installed the ac and furnace a few years ago. I got Azam to complete the ac service call as it wasnt cooling very well and he needed to simply clean it out and unblock some water. He was fantastic. I then decided to enroll in the monthly plan they offer of $29.99/month for maintenance warranty of parts and labour. This also includes a once a year maintenance call for each unit. I called Azam in again for the furnace maintenance and he discovered there was too much water which flooded the motor. He was able to find this particular part (as they are all back ordered) and installed it and we are ready for winter. Thank you so much Azam! And maple air for standing my the warranty and having such great technicians who are so knowledgeable! Thank you!

I found Katie on HomeStars and found her reviews very helpful. My daughter had a vision with this botanical wallpaper during the house being built. I was so happy to read all the great things people said about Katie. I also watched her videos on YouTube - she's quite a celebrity on HDTV! Katie was very professional as was Ken who did the install with her. The wallpaper that we chose has quite a complicated/busy print and Ken was able to match the flowers perfectly. You can't even see the seam. Katie also used her creative eye to wrap an unused wall plate with the same print and even matched that up with the exactly flower. I was very impressed as was everyone who saw this project ! No mess, no fuss, just a gorgeous room - We love it! and you and Ken were both FANTASTIC! Job well done! Thank you so much!

I found Augusta Movers thanks to Home Stars as everyone I spoke with couldn't really refer a moving company for one reason or another in light of their own bad experiences. I too had a horrible experience 5 years ago with my movers, they broke furniture, were dishonest about being insured and bonded and then simply disappeared. For this move I thought I would go with the best! and I honestly did! I contacted Dinko at Augusta Movers and he was so reassuring and sent over the best team of movers I could ever ask for. From the foreman who was amazing, Justin! to Cory who was very experiences, Ben and Peter who were great and the always smiling happy Tatem. They were all are professional, respectful, courteous, hard working young men. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. I have told everyone about them and will use them in the future 110%. We had a 14 hour move and the Augusta Movers team made it the smoothest experience ever! Thank you so much!!!

I called Mike Ritter, owner and operator of National Heating & A/C as I was given his name by my best friend. She just had him out to her house to fix something that a representative from Enbridge didn't even want to try to fix. Mike fixed it perfectly. The next day my A/C wasn't cooling, so I called Mike. He was friendly and honest and extremely knowledgeable. He told me what to do while on the phone with me, whilst at his cottage on Saturday!!! Where does anyone get that type of service today? I was worried my a/c would be broken when the heat wave broke out and I live with my elderly dad. He was amazing! and if I ever I need to recommend him or use him again myself - I will not hesitate, instead I will promote his name and company to anyone that asks me ..after all most trades are successful through word of mouth! Thank you again Mike! You're awesome!!

I found the Roofers on line when I was looking for someone (and someone good) to see why there were 2 shingles on the ground as my house is 2 yrs old and diagnose the problem, if there really was one. I liked what they had to say on their website and left a message. I spoke with Shaun the next day who advised that Sam would come by and take a look. Sam called before he came, as I was not home he asked for permission to see what's doing on the roof. He fixed the 2 shingles and did some caulking. He assured me that everything was fine and was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Hopefully, I won't need a new roof in the next 10 years, but if I do I will definitely call The Roofers to do the job! Very satisfied! Thank you!

PERFECT! GORGEOUS! AMAZING! PROFESSIONAL! EXPERIENCED! those are just some of the words I can say to describe the finished product!!! I was given Expert Crown Moulding's contact number by a neighbour who had Expert Crown Moulding work on their new home...I then checked Home Stars for feedback and reviews and found that it was rated a 10! It's not an easy rating to get when working with so many different people unless THE WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF! I would recommend this amazing company to anyone out there! Arnie (the sale associate) was experienced and we trusted his judgment and went with his advice on the size of the crown moulding..Gino and his crew were amazing! punctual, professional and very thorough. I purchases a voucher on Dealfind for a contract for snow removal. It said that it was a $639 savings - I figured it was to introduce the company and purchased the deal for $100.00. I redeemed on their site (as instructed) and was advised someone would contact me in 24 hours. I was never contacted. They disconnected their 1-888 number and did not answer their alternate number. Their site states that they are available 24 hr/7 days a week (however if you call after 6:00 the recording states "the office is closed"). I left 5 messages and numerous emails - none of which were returned. A Dealfind representative finally got through to a receptionist who advised she would call me, but never did. I did get a refund from Dealfind but I find it disgusting that anyone could generate a website that is somewhat impressive but not honour their clients or the contracts entered into.

I thought I would take a few moments to express my utmost satisfaction with this company. This is the second time I have turned to Brampton Flooring (namely their highly qualified John Nika) to perform a project of installing hardwood floors in my condo. I am not surprised (because the first time they did work for me was also outstanding) but again the end result was fantastic. As a whole the employees and agents directly affliated with Brampton Hardwood Flooring were very professional and courteous. They listened to me and my concerns and were able to answer all my queries. I would like to thank Rick [last name removed--Ed] of Continental Flooring, Joe of Brampton Hardwood Flooring and of course the ever so wonderful John [last name removed--Ed]. These gentlemen were all a pleasure to deal with, work with and ultimately I had to share my experience not only with my friends, family and co-workers but also with the general public who are always looking for professional, dependable and reliable contractors. I am extremely pleased and would not hesitate to recommend using this company for any job you may have (large or small) because they really do care about the end result. I hired a contractor who I discovered because he helped out my friend when her floors were ruined by someone else. He came to the rescue and fixed everything, she then recommended him to me. His name is John Nika. I was extrememly impressed with his professionalism, honestly, knowledge and experience. I interviewed at least 5 different contractors, I went to many many different hardwood flooring centres and was not impressed by anyone until I met John. He explained everything involving hardwood flooring. He went beyond the call of duty. He was patient and knowledgable but yet very friendly and a pleasure to work with. His crew of installers were also very experienced and knew what to do even in the most difficult of situations. They took constructive critism and requests by me very well, and until the job was done perfectly they did not settle for anything less. They took great pride in their workmanship and this in today's time is quite impressive when most people just seem to want to get the task at hand done and move on to the next job no matter how sloppy their work is. Not this company, they were by far "old school" in their work and thier values. I would recommend them to anyone and should I require any work in the future I would only use them and no one else. I would just like to thank John and his crew for a Job Well Done in every essence! I am very pleased with the end result and would strongly recommend these people to anyone considering re-doing or installing and/or fixing hardwood flooring of any type, they know what they are doing and will work with you to make sure you are thrilled with the end result, I know I am!
