Rick Clayton was highly recommended by our real estate agent, and he did not disappoint! His inspection of our new home was extremely thorough, and detail oriented. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to educate us on a lot of aspects of our new home. He had helpful suggestions for repairs/improvements where needed, and answered any questions that we had. We received a very detailed report hours after our inspection.

Rick came in and did the home inspection on my first house (a renovation project). He was at the house well in advanced of the appointment (before I even arrived). He clearly identified several areas of improvement and suggested tips to doing the renovation.

After he left I received the written report several hours later. The report showed what was wrong and how to fix it or at least the way it should be with detailed diagrams and proper names for materials.

I shared my report with family and friends and they were astounded at the detail included in the report. They all want to use Rick on their next home purchase.

Rick was professional, detailed and efficient, I highly recommend his services.

I was very pleased with Ricks inspection. He started by arriving early, and thoroughly inspecting the outside. Once inside he methodically went through every room, and tested every fixture. He was always polite, professional, and thorough. He provided a detailed report that showed much more than just the suggested maintenance. It also included explanations and details. Additionally, he was very thoughtful of the sellers belongings, providing drop clothes and wearing inside slippers. I would hope someone inspecting my home would do the same. He had all the tools needed including plugs for the tub! I would hire him again in an instant.

Rick was very thorough and explained everything very well! He showed up early, and had the exterior checked out before we even arrived. He even went on to the roof, which many home inspectors don't do.

We had Rick come and inspect the home we were buying. He showed up promptly, explained all tools he was using, showed us what we were looking at and explained it all in detail. If he had concerns or recommendations he gave those professionally. He made us feel that the house we were buying was a good solid investment and we would have no issues.
