Rick completed an extremely thorough home inspection for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions very well. He took his time (over 4 hours) and did not rush any part of it. He did not leave any stone unturned! We received Rick's report within hours of him completing the inspection, and it was very detailed, easy to follow, and included instructions on correcting identified concerns. He was highly recommended to us by friends and we couldn't be happier with him. We will definitely recommend him to anyone to is looking to do a home inspection (and have already given his name out!!)

Rick is extremely personable, he was early for our 9am appointment, he was very thorough with everything; as 1st time home buyers we were definitely put at ease during and after our inspection. Although he did find some issues he was quick to show us how to fix them and even went through his iPad to show us examples. We would definitely recommend him for his services.
