I had decided to move my dryer to a more convenient location and needed someone that would install proper venting. Iain was quick to respond with a phone call and did an excellent job.
He was punctual, explored the best route for the vent, explained what needed to be done then set about doing his job and tested for proper airflow to ensure no issues. He even set up my dryer and washing machine in their proper position and adjusted for balance.
I found Iain to be very personable and easy to deal with and he offered some great advice. I would definitely be calling on him again.
