I recently had the pleasure of working with Mevlut and his team on a landscape project to transform my front yard space to make it more appealing and inviting. My quest was to find a contractor that could install both natural and interlocking stones but above all that could deliver quality and luckily I found Mevlut and his crew. Mevlut was very patient and excellent at envisioning our space and making key design suggestions including material choices which is why we hired him and never regretted that decision. Other contractors did not take the time and therefore lost out on a decent size project. Project commenced on time. The crew was punctual, extremely hard working, polite and above all very easy to get along with and before long they became like family. They were very respectful of our property and kept the workspace neat and tidy at the end of each day. Communication is key, Mevlut discussed progress each and every day. I did not have to micro manage and always felt that I was in good hands. Mevlut has a vey calm demeanor and is a great listener which are both great assets to have in a contractor. The job was completed to our satisfaction and looks fabulous. The initial price and timeline quoted was adhered to. Mevlut was even able to accommodate some last minute add-ons to the project without impacting project timelines. He was also kind enough to wait for me to purchase some landscape lights and installed them free of charge. The one thing that sets a contractor apart from others is what happens afterwards. Mevlut came back to check the project and replaced some flagstones that had discolored due to material defect. He also worked on rebuilding a portion of retaining wall based on changes in specifications despite his busy schedule. I would not hesitate to call on Mevlut and his crew again and would highly recommend them for your project. I actually missed the interaction with them once the job was wrapped up.

I had decided to move my dryer to a more convenient location and needed someone that would install proper venting. Iain was quick to respond with a phone call and did an excellent job. He was punctual, explored the best route for the vent, explained what needed to be done then set about doing his job and tested for proper airflow to ensure no issues. He even set up my dryer and washing machine in their proper position and adjusted for balance. I found Iain to be very personable and easy to deal with and he offered some great advice. Replacement windows forced us to consider discarding our existing wooden shutters. Luckily, Canadian Superbilt Shutters came to our rescue by performing some surgery and a touch of magic to make those old shutters sparkle and appear even better than they originally did. Best of all, they did not charge an arm and a leg. Eric and his crew were very professional and performed the installation with great precision and ease.
