CityBoxes - Rental Moving Boxes

It doesn't happen often, but every now and then you encounter a business that goes above and beyond every expectation, and leaves you feeling relieved and satisfied. That's how I feel about my experience with CityBoxes, and thus I am compelled to write this review.

They delivered my order of boxes, not only to my door, but right into my apartment, through a particularly harrowing passage between two houses that even pizza delivery guys usually fear. All of this days ahead of schedule.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with CityBoxes. The awesome customer service and communication turned me into a repeat customer even before I got the boxes, and the boxes themselves are amazing. Andrew stayed in touch with me every step of the way and made the whole process seamless. Super nice guy.

Packing (and moving) was so much easier. The boxes themselves are the perfect size, and easy to carry. I opted for a large roll of packing paper for my fragile stuff as well - huge number of sheets for the price (more than I needed), and they're so much better than newspaper.

I'll be telling all my friends about CityBoxes, and I'll be going to them on my next move as well.

My girlfriend and I moved just a few weeks ago, amidst crazy deadlines at the office and vacation planning, but City Boxes saved us all the stress of packing, moving and unpacking. The boxes (delivered to our old door and picked up from our new door) are large, sturdy and clean, and can hold a good amount without the need for being a Tetris champion - taking a lot of the planning out of the equation. The integrated cover flaps close easily and can be further secured with ties provided for free (although we found the covers to be secure enough without the ties, given that there was little chance the boxes could tip over). And the fact that they can stack so easily on a dolly really sped up the move, which is key if you're hiring movers per hour. Andrew was very friendly, helpful and accommodating - being flexible with our ever changing time table, and will definitely be our go to guy next time we move. Highly recommend CityBoxes.ca

We have used City Boxes a number of times for several moves. The boxes and supplies are very useful and worth every dollar! Andrew is responsive, efficient and very personable. Since we moved in the winter, having sturdy plastic boxes was a much better choice to cardboard boxes. City Boxes is very reliable and highly recommended!

It's my second time using CityBoxes in two years and I couldn't have made a better choice. They deliver and pick up all your bins (at a time suitable to you), offer extremely affordable prices and professionally handle any hick-ups that might arise (as often is the case when moving). Some things that stood out about the service:
- Andrew wouldn't let me lift a finger to get the boxes into my apartment (not stopping at the threshold of the house, but literally my apartment within)
- No risk on packing materials - I wanted to ensure I had enough bubblewrap, but Andrew happily accepted the unused and unopened roll for return.

A great company. Will definitely recommend to friends and call Andrew again for my next move (which hopefully isn't anytime soon!)

Cityboxes provide a great service, a personable approach. Boxes are convenient, clean. I recommend this for people who are moving by themselves without movers. punctual, reasonable price. Andrew is nice and polite.
