CityBoxes - Rental Moving Boxes

Very nice service. Good for the environment. Convenient. They even provided labels. They delivered and picked up after we use the boxes. Boxes are solid and can be very well stacked. Highly recommended.

Andrew at City Boxes was great! Friendly, fast and efficient. We had a bit of an emergency when we ran out of boxes on our recent move, but CityBoxes responded quickly to my email and we had the boxes delivered within a few days. The boxes are large and sturdy, and pack neatly away for easy storage. I would definitely recommend!

Great service, quick & easy. I would definitely recommend using city boxes for all moves. The boxes are delivered right to your location and picked up when you are finished. It is a very convenient, organized way to move.

How I wish I'd used you for the 5 moves over the past 5 years! Never ever would I move again without your packing crates and unbelievable timely service! 20 crates filled and stacked, so easy to move on the dolly and picked up as soon as I'd finished unpacking!

Wow, absolutely amazing customer service. Unlike most service providers, Andrew does what he says, when he says. I ordered boxes but when he arrived, he suggested adding paper and bubble rap. I'm generally skeptical of sales pitches but this wasn't aggressive, it was genuine, coming from his experience. I'm glad I went for it as it made the move much easier with nothing broken. And when I picked up my Uhaul, his pricing was waaaaay cheaper for the exact same stuff. If you're moving, use Cityboxes, they're absolutely the best!!!

I needed to move. Again. Nearly every year I move. I've been like this since I was 17. I suppose I'm a bit of a nomad. I move so often that I bought my own moving blankets. One would assume that after 18 moves in as many years that I'd have a storage locker somewhere filled with boxes. This would not be true. City Boxes to the rescue!

Not only are the prices reasonable, but the service... oh, dear god, the service. Andrew is putting on a clinic on what customer service is all about, and other businesses need to take note. It is not with lightness of heart when I say that CityBoxes.ca gave me some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Andrew is personable, reliable, punctual, honest, and true to his word. He's thorough, genuine, and smiles. He even refunded me for the unused 2nd week of rentals. Absolutely not what I was expecting. I was delighted at every possible opportunity.

Andrew at CityBoxes was great - very responsive and friendly, showed up on time as promised, brought over extra boxes that night when we needed them, and picked them all up promptly after we'd unpacked. Only issue was the online form wasn't working initially, but Andrew also emailed and called to take our information once I emailed him.

Note that we received the service complimentary from our mortgage broker but we would consider using the service again in the future and in terms of service we would recommend - the boxes do make your move more efficient provided you are smart about packing them!

Renting City Boxes from Andrew was a great help during our move. I of course wanted to only rent 20 boxes and Andrew talked me in to 30 (All were very much needed). The move went so smoothly and packing everything in was so easy. No need to be overly paranoid about fragile items and over think packing technique. Having everything in these boxes made it very easy for friends to help us move, just grab a box and stack it. This was worth every penny and I will definitely use Andrew and City Boxes again (Just hope it's not for a while!)
