CityBoxes - Rental Moving Boxes

Being new to the city I had NO idea where to find cardboard boxes, so I decided to try out CityBoxes. It went above and beyond what I was expecting and made our move a lot more simple and stress free.

The customer service we got from Andrew was really great. He was understanding, punctual, kind, and worked around our schedule, which is what you need when everything is in complete chaos around you.

One of the added benefits, was renting the dolly's on top of the bins. We were able to use them to carry heavy objects, and move the bins ourselves from point A to B.

I would highly recommend to anyone moving locally to use CityBoxes, it saved us a lot of time and hassle and made our move a lot easier than expected.

Andrew arrived in a timely fashion to both deliver and pick up the boxes and was a very pleasant person to deal with. This service made our move very easy, and I don't know if our 17 ft U-Haul would have fit all of our stuff if it wasn't for these boxes!

Using cityboxes made my move so much easier! I would recommend that anyone moving houses (big or small) rent their boxes from cityboxes. When I initially emailed there were none available, but Andrew went out of his way to make sure that he freed some up for me in time for my move. They came clean and ready to go. My movers were able to stack all of them neatly into their truck with no risk of them toppling or breaking. I had one cleaning product spill during the move and the plastic bins prevented any further spillage from ruining anything else. Pick up was very easy and the timing was super flexible. I'll never go back to expensive one-use cardboard boxes again.

A very reasonable price for a great service, I can't imagine going back to cardboard boxes ever again. Boxes (very clean!) were dropped off within a 2 hour window and Andrew actually took the time to text you ~20 minutes before he arrived so there was no waiting and no surprises. Boxes were thankfully larger than I expected as I managed to fill all 20 to the brim (1 bedroom condo move) and they were sturdy and stackable - very helpful when stacking in the back of the moving truck. The labels and zip-ties that came with the boxes were also very helpful as I attempted to stay organized. I also bought a box of the packing paper (for dishes, cups etc.) and a wardrobe box (very sturdy) and was happy with both products.

Cant imagine packing for my move any other way now .Andrew was quick, timely, communicative and professional. he carried the boxes up to my condo and then picked them up once i had moved.

Andrew is simply a great guy. Easy service, flexible, and prompt. The boxes made the whole move very easy, all 20 stacked across the back of our truck leaving plenty of room for all the furniture. Thanks again!

This is one of those services that you don't realize how convenient it will be until you use it. A very reasonable price considering all the time and hassle it saves you. Having clean, sturdy boxes of all the same shape and size make it easy to pack and easy to move. Andrew is great to deal with and communicates everything clearly.

I will never move again without Cityboxes.

My GF was moving in and I decided to try and save both of us the hassle of spending days searching for boxes that don't even work. Andrew was professional and easy to deal with. He dropped the boxes off and picked them up with NO hassle on our end, it was truly one of my best retail experiences I have ever had. I'm the type of person that just wants things done with no muss and no fuss.....In steps Andrea, drops off the boxes when he said, picks them up when he said. Done!

If you are still using cardboard boxes to move you need to seriously step up your game. If you have movers you'll easily make up the cost and if you don't you will save your own time, hassle, and fights with family and loved ones that are helping.

We moved a one bedroom with the 20 boxes but we could have used another 5 or 6 so I would recommend getting extra. My ideal move would have only green boxes and furniture and I will strive for this utopia with my next move.
