All Season Inspection

An absolute nightmare for any follow-up.

Final inspection was more than a month late and only after repeated phone calls.

As of May 3, 2024 the inspection of Feb.28, 2024 has not yet been submitted.

The agent we worked with was great, worked in a timely efficient manner and finished her reports quickly. Answered our questions and was fairly responsive via text/email.

I would have no issue recommending All-Seasons but 1 difficulty we experienced is that while our agent would finish the report fairly quickly, it then needed to be approved by someone else at All-Seasons and it is there we'd experience delays. This only mattered for the post-audit report because we paid for the windows on a line of credit, which we wanted to transfer over to the 0-interest loan asap! So I had to bug All-Seasons almost daily to get thru that bottle neck but in the end after a few weeks delay it all worked out.

By the way, the Greener Homes grant/loan programs are excellent idea and the process and support are quite good too.

The inspection process was fine but getting any again on the grant application has been like pulling teeth. I'm on the phone with the inspector every other day for a month and still nothing.

We contacted Vahid from All Seasons to provide a home inspection as well as an energy audit. From the first call to the detailed 60 page! report , we are very happy with the service. Vahid walked us through the house and went over every issue he spotted - which to a house that's 50 years old - there was a few!

The PDF report is super helpful as I use that as a base to get all the help I need from other trades.

Vahid also did an energy audit for us which was super helpful in knowing which areas to focus on. Oh and we even got some asbestos testing done on some suspect areas. Quick turnarounds on everything. Would recommend Vahid to anyone!
