We researched a lot of contractors until we choose Sosna Inc. During the entire process Andrei and his team have exceeded our expectations with respect to professionalism, quality and staying on schedule. The detailed contract that covered all the aspects of the project, and the project drawings, reassured us that this is a company that cares about every detail.
We were also pleasantly surprised that our daily life was minimally disrupted by the renovations; the crew was respectful of our space and our time, they always took great care to cover the areas they walked through and clean after themselves.
We are very satisfied with the design and the final product, our bath looks like a 5* spa retreat. We will not hesitate to recommend Sosna to our friends and family, and we will certainly know who call for our next project. Thank you Andrei, Olga, and the team!

After many years of searching for the right contractor for our kitchen and master bath renovation, we found Andrei of Sosna Inc. We felt very comfortable in the knowledge and expertise Andrei provided. With the help of designer Olga, we came up with a plan that was well executed by the rest of the team. The crew were professional and conscientious while in our home. Reliable, always on time, Andrei runs a well oiled machine. Olga was able change the layout of our master bedroom giving us a much bigger closet and fabulous bathroom. The kitchen could not have come out better. We are very picky. Andrei was always available to answer all of our questions and any concerns we had. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Sosna Inc. to my family, friends and neighbours. We did a complete bathroom renovation. It had never been renovated from the original build, 40 years prior. The bathroom was gutted because of mold issues and plumbing changes and it was completely redone, from the studs out.
Sosna Inc did a great job with all the renovations (waterproofing, moving plumbing, tiling & painting, installing fixtures, etc.), they used quality materials and the workers were skilled and knowledgeable.
The worksite was always kept neat and cleaned at the end of the workday.
There was ongoing communication throughout the project, and we were able to collaborate from the design stage all the way to the finished renovation.
The work was also completed within the given timeline.

Andrei and his team delivered as promised. We had structure work to do by removing two walls, installing a support beam and re-build the whole kitchen. They completed the job in 4 weeks as promised. Everything was well planned. Quality was as expected. Made my wife happy! yey!!!. Special thank you to Roman. Great job guys!

We had a big empty space, and about 2 weeks to get walls built and ceilings installed. It was a pretty daunting task. But the guys at Sosna really pulled through for us and got the job done! I couldn't believe it! The whole job was professional, solid, well built and sturdy. We did a major renovation of our home that included gutting the kitchen modifying and moving walls and replacing all the hardwood floors in a bungalow. We "moved" to our lower level during the construction as we had to totally empty the main floor.
We were very pleased with Sosna. Their team and subcontractors were great to work with, and quickly adjusted anything we were concerned about. We are pretty picky!
The work was done in a reasonable time - the delays were related to items we ordered not Sosna, and the quality of the workmanship was great. Our home was an older home - and as we expected, there were some surprises and challenges but everything was looked after properly.
We are delighted with our renovation and would highly recommend Sosna to others.

Sosna Inc was very professional in all our dealings. The head carpenter was on site coordinating the work and cleaning up at the end of the work day. He took care of our home as though it was his! All plumbing and electrical work was well coordinated and they completed the renovations within the time frame promised. I would highly recommend Sosna Inc.

Andrei and his team have twice completed basement renos after flooding occurred. This year we again turned to Sosna Inc for an upstairs bathroom Reno. Designer Olga did an exceptional job of maximizing the space in this small bathroom. Her design is truly unique and met all of my dreams and more! Even my special orchid shelf! She also did all the shopping which was so appreciated. Vitaly's workmanship was also exceptional. Such care to detail. The other sub trades....plumber, cabinet maker, electrician were all good as well. Andrei was great from beginning to end. It was especially appreciated that this was a very stress free Reno, because my husband was very ill at the time. The team did a great job of keeping to a schedule, keeping the house as neat as possible and not upsetting our lives any further, as renos can often be full of stress. As other reviews have said Sosna Inc team are reliable, punctual, they take pride in their work and hold themselves to the highest standards. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Sosna Inc is a very good general contractor. They provided us with excellent contracting services to renovate our kitchen and eating area while we occupied our home. They were honest, fair, tidy, courteous and efficient. Their site personnel and their subtrades were experienced and professional. Workmanship was very good. Sosna followed through on the commitments they made up front. We are very pleased with the results.

We had our second project with Andrei (owner of Sosna Inc) done this spring.
First one had rather unfortunate start by another contractor - We have been through a lot with misunderstanding and poor skills of our first contractor.Thanks to Andrei and his team, everything ended up great after Andrei's team took over.

This spring we did not have to search for contractors - we knew exactly who we can trust on bathroom reno.
Andrei and Vitaly are very good at communicating and explaining what they are doing and why they are doing it. There is no hiding of information or cutting corners – a very professional and ethical business performance. There was a minor issue, but Andrei promptly addressed and fixed it to our satisfaction.
They are on site on time, keep everything as tidy as possible and treat us and our house with respect.
Vitaly was outstanding at his crafts - even noticed minor tile seam defect (seam was not aligned with window's edging) and offered to redo his own work - one could notice it, only if one knows where to look. I have a great respect for people who can admit and offer solution for such a things! Needless to say that they were great people to have around.
I truly believe that Andrei's professionalism and great craftsman's skills of his team make them one of the best contractor companies we have ever come across.
We will be happy to welcome them back on our future projects.
