We needed a contractor that would be able to renovate our bathroom so we could age in place and at the same time open up our kitchen. The contractor had to provide us with details of the projects and remain in the given budget. Sosna was our answer. We are very happy with the work that was done. We would use Sosna again and would recommend them to others.

After working with Sosna on a smaller bathroom renovation, we hired them to renovate our townhouse main floor - kitchen, powder room, and living room. They were fantastic to work with, have great eye for details, and we felt confident in the project for the entire process. The designer, Olga, was a joy to work with and we couldn't be happier with the results!

We contracted with Sosna to have our kitchen and family room renovated. They completed the project successfully and on time, and we had an excellent experience. The project work included creating the design and documenting it - this helped immensely to ensure quality and timely completion. We had an excellent team comprising Olga our designer, Dmitry our site supervisor and Leo our project coordinator. They were continually managing our project ensuring correctness and quality. We were having problems with the smoke detector being too sensitive and going off all the time in our kitchen. Despite it being over two years since our renovation , Andrei dispatched an electrician to solve the problem immediately. It is great to have dealt with such a reliable company. They take care of their customers long after the work is done! No charge either!!

Our home reno was completed by Sosna Inc. in Aug 2021 and included the entire first floor, wall removals and related work by Professional Engineer, entire kitchen, both staircases and basement flooring. I'm pleased to say the Sosna team exceeded all our expectations. Andrei and our designer listened to our ideas and used their experience to steer us to the right decisions. We were very happy they did not just "blindly" follow us as the customer, but challenged us on our ideas to make the project perfect. This is the value a good Contractor should bring! Their Designer, Project Coordinator, and all the Trades were highly professional and performed quality work. We were impressed at the pride all the tradespeople took in their work & how clean they left the house at the end of each day. Any issues (few & minor) were fixed immediately. The project was performed ahead of schedule and on budget. Our newly reno'd house is beautiful, functional, and we could not have been more satisfied with the entire experience!

We wanted a complete renovation of our first and second floors in a century-old home in downtown Toronto. We have owned our home for over 34 years and have always wanted to update it into an open-concept entertainers’ dream. The years seemed to be passing by so quickly and we decided it was “now or never”. Finding a reliable and trustworthy contractor was our first challenge. We spoke to family, friends and neighbours who had renovated looking for recommendations. We researched many contractors and read hundreds of reviews on Houzz. One contractor stood out from the crowd and we decided to meet with Sosna. From our initial meeting with Andrei , we felt confident moving forward with the renovation work. Sosna is a “one-stop shop” for all aspects of a renovation from initial design to fixtures and fittings. The best thing about Sosna is the people we worked with. We had multiple design meetings with Sosna’s designer, Camila, who was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable and very patient with us. She was able to help us bring our vision to reality. Our main Sosna contacts, Project Manager, Vitaly and Project Manager, Roman, were extremely hard workers and always available to answer our questions and address any concerns during construction. Timelines were strictly adhered to and even during a global pandemic, our project was completed beautifully and ahead of schedule. There are so many renovation horror stories but we are delighted to say that our story was a dream come true. Our renovation was completed with attention to detail and on-time results. We would highly recommend Sosna.

We first engaged with Andrei at Sosna in January 2020 to discuss the basement, then asked about the main floor. He listened to our concerns and pushed back on many in order to make us focus and articulate exactly what we really needed and wanted. It was great to have that clarity and redirection. Andrei recommended that we arrange for the basement waterproofing ourselves to save money, and we decided that we would engage Sosna for the main floor. Then Covid hit and put a pause on life.
In the fall of 2020 we were ready to re-engage and were connected with Olga, their designer. She worked with us many hours, many meetings, many questions, to guide us to a beautiful design. It was great to have her expertise because I'm not good at coming up with those ideas!
Between our schedule needs, Covid lockdowns, and Sosna's availability, we were not able to start the construction phase until March 2, 2021. But boy, they really do not stop! They were here every day before 7, all the trades required were scheduled in exactly, and the work was completed by the end of April (ahead of their original estimate). Sergey, the site manager, greeted me every morning with a smile as I left with our dog, and would often tell me what was planned for the day and answer any questions I had. Because they plan so well in the design stage, there were no hiccups, no pauses and very few decisions to be made. There were just a couple minor unforeseeable issues that arose and we were presented with the problem and possible solutions. These did not delay the project at all as they were able to continue with other areas in the meantime.
We are thrilled with our new bright open space and I have been hyping Sosna to anyone who will listen, stopping people I see taking info brochures from the signpost on my lawn. I can't say enough about our experience working with Sosna and the results.

My wife and I bought our house in 2015, and although we loved the location, we did not love the look of the interior of the house. A couple of years ago, we decided to renovate to modernize the interior and make it closer to what we envisioned as our dream home. From the initial meeting with Andrei to share with him what we wanted to be done to the very end when we were in awe of the finished project, we were impressed with the Sosna team. All the steps in the process were well organized and planned out. Expectations with the pricing and the timeline of the project were outlined prior to the start so there would be no surprises. Questions and concerns were addressed very quickly and to our satisfaction. During construction, every team member was pleasant to work with and the team was very accommodating to our needs. We were still able to live in the house with two adults, two kids, and a dog, despite most of the house undergoing major renovations. When the project was completed, we were impressed not only by the visual appeal, but also by the quality of the workmanship and materials used. Now, two years after the project was completed, we continue to enjoy our renovated home. Our home still looks very similar to when the renovations were first completed, which is a testament to the quality of the work. The few minor issues that have developed were promptly addressed by Andrei and his team. I would highly recommend Sosna for any home renovation, and would be happy to work with them again for any of my own future needs. We had been thinking about renovating our two upstairs bathrooms for a couple of years. After interviewing three different contractors and designers, we felt it was just not a right match. Our friends who had recently completed a renovation of their own having learned of our need of a good contractor highly recommended SOSNA Inc.
Our renovation is now complete and I can say that we are delighted! Team SOSNA came through. Their professionalism is unlike any I have seen from any contractors we have ever dealt with. Andrei walked us through the renovation from beginning to end ensuring that we were comfortable with the process and budget!
An additional benefit to SOSNA is that they have designers on staff. We worked with Olga to put together our dream bathrooms. Olga is not only endowed with talent but is extremely caring about her clients. She guided us through our design and spent time to ensure that we were satisfied with every choice we made.
Vitaly was there day to day and again a total pleasure to work with. He made sure that our property was protected during the renovation process, putting up plastic walls and runners to minimize dust and dirt to the rest of the home.
Roman was our Project Manager and he was there to ensure that the work was done right. He encouraged us to have weekly calls but also came by to inspect the work himself.
Contractors that care, show up each day and come on time! It is a great company with great people!

We hired Sosna to renovate our kitchen, bathrooms and to remove structural walls, paint, new electrical outlets and fixtures, and plumbing , remove popcorn ceilings etc.

They are a class act from start to finish. Their designer Olga is extremely talented and a pleasure to deal with. They protect your property from the renovation process as if it is their own putting up plastic walls and runners to limit the impact of the work on other parts of your home. The staff including Andrei Leo Jacob and the others not only know how to do their job great but are great people. Minor corrections are attended by the next business day.
The job is done right by a contractor who always shows up and the work product is magazine/ showroom quality. We will miss them like family/friends being in our home during the process.
