Hello my name is David, the owner of Mega Interlocking and I would like to repond to Mr. Pino’s post. We had finished Mr. Pino’s interlocking project around his house in September not in October. I had not received any phone calls or written letter by Mr. Pino asking to cancel the contract or the return of his deposit. I have on the back of my contract the 2002 Consumer Protection Act which was written and registered by a lawyer so any customer can read before signing my contract. I don’t know why Mr. Pino would claim that we had not ordered his stone for his project. My company did 5 other neighbors project on the same street of Mr. Pino totaling approx $60.000 and they were extremely happy with our work. We just recently signed on contract $48000 more work on Mr. Pino’s street and one street behind. Mr. Pino was trying to make us do his project first before everyone else on his street and the way we do business is to do the customer projects as they sign and he was the last of his neighbors to do. We can assure everyone that reads this post that we use only the finest material. The contract between Mr. Pino and Mega Interlocking states that there is a written warranty for 12 month. After I finished Mr. Pino’s project he inspected the work and paid in full.
If Mr. Pino has any complaints I have not received any calls or emails about this issue and he has my contact information.

Unfinished work by Mega Interlocking owns by David
Hello my name is David, the owner of Mega Interlocking and I would like to correct this post. Mega interlocking went to Miss Gabriela home to give her an estimate on the project for the front and side of her house in Woodbridge. My sales rep and Miss Gabriela negotiated the deal and she signed our contract. We finished the project as per our contract then Miss Gabriela after paying us (in full) ordered another project in her back garden (for a back patio with two steps) as she was extremely happy of our work. She told me that she cannot pay right away for this new project and asked me if she can have a 30 day extension on her payment. We finished the second project - the back patio and we left giving Miss Gabriela extra 30days for her to find the funds to pay us. After 60 days of not hear from Miss Gabriela about her payment I went to her house several times to pick up my payment for the back patio project. After few times of me going to her house I was able to speak with Miss Gabriela face to face. She refused to pay us at first trying to get a discount for the second project but after 10 weeks she finally paid in full.
Our driveway, stone on the porch, the front walk, the side of the house and back yard patio
thank guys
