Defective products, bad customer service
I have bought bedroom furniture and a dining table from urban barn two separate times and all the products were defective to some degree. My recent purchase of a dining room table was the worst with a different colour of paint on one side of the table and you could see the stain/paint drippings on the side of the table.
When I contacted customer service regarding this they got back to me 3 days later with an email. I was told my table is no longer available. I wanted that specific table and was waiting for it to go on sale. Now my options are to get a refund or buy another table and pay the difference. I think they should at the very least pay for some of the difference since I have had such bad experience and now am having to pay more for a table. I asked them to call me to discuss and no one ever called me back. I would never shop here again or recommend them to anyone.
I understand that sometimes furniture has flaws, however if they gave me better customer service and some sort of extra reimbursement I would be happy. In the past if i have ever had issues with stores, they have been fair and kept my business.
