I could not be more dissatisfied at the entire year-long and counting process working with Home Depot to complete a kitchen renovation for my mother who is a senior citizen. The entire process was riddled with lack of communication, inconsistent communication, design errors, delays, and an overall fragmented team that does not communicate together. Not once did a project manager, designer, or anyone from the executive resolution level (when we had to escalate) visit the job site. you would think at the executive resolution level that you would receive specialized and thorough care. Instead, its a level of resolution that bullies their customers into submission using threatening language. Im currently awaiting response and no one has responded in over a month now. There are leftover materials sitting in my mothers home, which they would not pick up until we agreed on how to finish final details that stemmed from a large design error. These materials have been sitting in her home for an entire year. When I did not agree with their solutions and kindly implored them to continue discussions with us in good faith, I received responses, forcing us to end discussions and then received no response at all. I cannot believe a company with a name as notable as the Home Depot treats their customers this way. I am absolutely appalled. Its been a nightmare. Never again.
