I was another of the many victims of the recent windstorm. I came home from a trip to find 1/2 dozen shingles scattered across my property. Unlike several roofers I called whose phone message mailboxes were full, Jacky answered the call himself and took the time to discuss the situation with me immediately.
He agreed to come and make the repair within 2 days and arrived on time which is always appreciated. Jacky explained the repair, expected costs what they were planning to do. They then went straight to work on the roof and were done within an hour with no mess and no hassle.
