Ecotech Windows & Doors

I intended to quote on 5 windows, and ended up buying 11 the first time I met Mark. He's a good salesman, he knows his stuff. Well he did tell me I wouldn't lose the beveled glass in my living room which the installer said was impossible but as far as the quality and value in the windows, and what's a good price? He was spot on.

There was an unfortunate mix-up in two of the largest family room windows, in that they were ordered and installed as 'fixed' vs 'opening' windows but to Mark's credit -he made it right. He arranged to have the wrong windows replaced at no additional cost to me as it was important to him that I was a happy customer. The second install was less then perfect however, and I wish I could post the pictures to show the workmanship but suffice it to say, it was less than what I would expect from a professional installer. I guess he wanted to get in and out quicker the second time around since it was a 'non profit' job. With some sanding. grinding and painting we 'made do' but I wasn't aiming for 'making do'.

The windows are gorgeous, the price is reasonable the service was good --I really wanted to give a 10 to you Mark but the installation experience didn't quite hit the mark for me.

Sorry buddy! 8/10 is not bad --and I would recommend you to a friend --just send a different install crew next time ok??

We found Mark on Homestars. He came to your house and gave us a very good estimate with no pressure. We told him that we are getting other companies coming to give us an estimate also he said to take our time and call him when we were ready. He left his price which was very good and we decided to call him back. We met him at the factory where we signed the agreement paper and we had our door installed exactly 4 weeks later. We are VERY happy.

We dealt with Tom from Echo Tech Windows and Doors when replacing all the basement windows in our previous house while preparing it for sale. We were extremely satisfied with the price and also with the efficient and professional job so it was an easy decision to call Tom once again after moving into our next home. I had Ecotech windows install 10 new windows in my home. They replaced all the frames and changed all the trim. My house looks beautiful and I am very satisfied with their professionalism. I would like to recommend them to my sister she really needs windows.

Ecotech windows did a fantastic and professional job installing my new windows. I originally asked for a quote on just one window but based on the great deal I received we decided to do them all. What a difference it made. Not only is my daughters room warmer but my house is much quitter. We had our windows done in 2011, were extremely satisfied. Diningroom window was made much bigger and everyone that visits remarks how wonderful it looks. Now in 2014 they are going to be installing a front door with windows on side will write review after completed, but I am positive we will be just as pleased. Price is always reasonable.
