Christian provided excellent service and knowledge prior to buying the spa. The installation was smooth. Any time I have a question Christian and his staff are eager to assist and pleasant to deal with.

We purchased a Healthy Living Master Spa tub at a trade show in the spring of 2014 in Abbotsford, BC. We had some "glitches" in the beginning with parts not wanting to work properly and had to call out the service representative for the Fraser Valley area here in BC. With the extra help from Kristian in the Service Department in Ontario things were sorted out in a reasonable amount of time. Kristian continues to do follow ups to ensure we are happy with the purchase of the Master Spa tub. Thanks to Kristian for helping us enjoy our purchase!

We researched all the available companies and products in our area and just stopped looking when we found Premium Wholesale. They know their product and what the competition is doing right and not so right. It seems that they already did the research and chose the best manufacturer to represent. Their honesty about what is going on in the industry made us feel that we were truly making the right choice as well. They stored the unit for us while we were having the pad and electrical work completed and made some last minute adjustments to their schedule to make sure that they arrived at the same time as the other company was onsite completing that work. This was very helpful as we all had a chance to make sure the project would all come together at once with no delay. The delivery guys were very nice and careful to go over everything I needed to know about start up / assembling the cover etc. It was not just a drop and run. The delivery forms they use show that they have taken everything into account from past experiences. The owners of the company are very prompt in returning emails and answered the few questions we had right away the same day. The tub itself is a beauty. We have been in every day without fail. In this case it is true that you do get what you pay for and I recommend that you go with the higher end models (on sale of course) which have the lowest maintenance. We are very pleased with our investment and highly recommend Premium Wholesale as a place to go and learn about the newer technology used in hot tubs and see for yourself what a great company they are to do business with.

I bought a tub at a sale event and was promised the moon by the salesman. However a couple of the items that I paid for did not come, never mind on time. After many many phone calls I was I touch with Christian, who made all things better in my eyes. It's nice when someone recognizes the importance of good customer service even after they have your money. Which I might add is rare...

We saw an ad for Premium Wholesale's big Spa Blowout Sale in Ancaster this past March and decided to drive up from Nia. Falls and check them out. Finding Kevin out on the sales floor was most opportune as he was able to answer all our questions about their spas from the pumps, electrical, insulation and anything else we could throw at him right down to the construction techniques and materials used in building them. We bought a floor model on the spot. Their delivery crew was top notch, on time and installation went without a hitch. After one small problem that they bent over backwards to rectify we are enjoying our new spa and expect to do so for a long time. If only all companies took customer satisfaction as seriously as the people at Premium Wholesale. Thanks Christian.
