Abbotsford

We purchased a Healthy Living Master Spa tub at a trade show in the spring of 2014 in Abbotsford, BC. We had some "glitches" in the beginning with parts not wanting to work properly and had to call out the service representative for the Fraser Valley area here in BC. With the extra help from Kristian in the Service Department in Ontario things were sorted out in a reasonable amount of time. Kristian continues to do follow ups to ensure we are happy with the purchase of the Master Spa tub. Thanks to Kristian for helping us enjoy our purchase!

Abbotsford

Purchased a healthy living Master Spa tub at trade show spring 2014. Within one month ozonator had to be replaced. Then the fiber optic lighting went on the tub.. Tub has now been broken since before Christmas 2014 with absolutely no service from the representative either . Representative said he would come out and so far he has not shown and it is January 2, 2015. Our tub is not heating at all , pumps are not working it says no communication. Customer service is not satisfactory . We have not been able to enjoy the tub yet with so many problems and poor service. Built in US and parts have to come from US makes it difficult. Would like to see better customer service and quicker customer service. Today is January 10th and we have now been told we won't be getting our tub fixed until January 13th. (It broke down Dec.20th.)
