Appliance Force replied promptly to my request for a quote, unlike the other companies listed in the BBB directory. The pricing was explained clearly to me. The replacement part required for my machine did not arrive promptly thus delaying the repair. The service person, Arnold, arrived promptly and gave me tips on caring for the machine after he fixed it.

I paid 100$ for my stove to short out, sparks flew and landed 5cm by my 5 year old daughter, no apologies were offered by Jon, he put the stove back in crooked and was going to leave it broken until I demanded that he fix it. I didn't want him to service my dishwasher, didn't want that broken too. Please train in professionalism and take responsibility for the damage you do. Bring your own rags to clean up the mess you make. Any professional service company would do this. I would hope my stove will be fixed like you said it would next week. I will not be calling Appliance Force in the future, and ask my friends to do the same.

Our dishwasher had come loose from the cabinet so I hired appliance force to fix it. They were able to schedule us in quickly and handled it professionally. I would recommend them and would hire them again.

My water dispenser on my fridge broke and started leaking water all over my floor. The tech came fairly promptly and was very polite and professional. He had it fixed in no time. I would definitley recommend Appliance force to anyone.

My dishwasher broke down earlier this week so I called Appliance Force in Calgary. They were able to come to my home the next day and fix it. The tech was very knowlegable and helpful. He gave me tips on how I could keep my dishwasher in good working order. I would definitely recommend Appliance Force.

I hired Appliance Force to install an 'over the range' microwave. The crew from Appliance Force had no troubles removing the old one, and they did a fantastic job installing the new one. They were professional, polite and they cleaned up after themselves. I feel I received a great value for the service, and I would recommend them to friends and family. Great job!

I had used Appliance Force to order a new knob for an old washing machine last year Appliance Force ordered and it came right away so when I needed someone to install a new dishwasher I called them. Jon came out on time and install my new dishwasher including replacing my water supply lines and drain line as both were worn. They showed me the worn hose and saved me from the chance of a leak and a ruined floor! Great service all round. Thanks to Jon and Team

My wife and I bought a condo with old appliances in it. The first time we called Appliance Force it was for a problem with our stove. The lady on the phone told us how to fix it on the phone free of charge. The second time was for a dishwasher repair. the tech came over, did his best to get our old dishwasher temporarily operational and was honest in suggesting it was time to buy a new one, even though he could have made more money doing lots of repairs. Good honest company.

Quick service, only in my home for 40 minutes. Part worth about $40. Charge just under $300 for a rate of at least $200/hr. No details on the invoice. When asked about the charge, simply answered stated that the "bluebook" rates are standard. Would not use again.
