I bought 4 weeks of lawn care from Fairy touch while they were running a promotion. I was going on Vacation for a month and needed someone to mow my lawn each week while I was gone. I schedule the services online and got a nice email saying they would mow it on that day. While traveling I got emails every week confirming that they came but when I returned I found out that my house sitting had to mow the lawn after 3 weeks cause no one had shown up. I called and emailed the company a number of time with out but only got automatic messages. Ended up getting my credit card company to refund the charges after they also couldn't contact the company.

I called Mr Rooter when my renters shower was clogged and wouldn't drain. Initially it looked like a simple fix but my house is fairly old and the drain isn’t a modern pee trap. When Mr Rooter was unable to snake it because of this it looked like they would need to replace the drain by removing the tub and chipping out the concrete. I wasn’t excited about this but did understand that the pipes were very old and went into the cement. However, while I was trying to decided what to do their plumber took shot at trying to fix it by hand using a plunger, a drain cleaner and a lot of elbow grease. After a few minutes it started to go a bit faster and after about 15 minutes of working it drained like new. It’s been a couple of months and everything’s been great. I would definitely use them again.

I had used Appliance Force to order a new knob for an old washing machine last year Appliance Force ordered and it came right away so when I needed someone to install a new dishwasher I called them. Jon came out on time and install my new dishwasher including replacing my water supply lines and drain line as both were worn. They showed me the worn hose and saved me from the chance of a leak and a ruined floor! Great service all round. Thanks to Jon and Team
