Since we are first time home buyers, we did extensive search before hiring Mike, and we could not be more satisfied. He was early, and already did inspection of the roof by the time we arrived. He went through every step of the inspection of the house with a lot of precision , explaining everything step by step, and being very professional and patient. The solutions for the minor repairs that need to be done are very well explained in his report that came shortly after inspection was done. We would recommend Mike to our friends and family for being very professional, very thorough and efficient home inspector. Thank you Mike.

Mike arrived ahead of us. He was very thorough in his inspection. When we found a part of the house that was of concern he spent extra time checking it and never seemed hurried. He was friendly, approachable and made sure to explain everything throughout the inspection then again at the end of the inspection. The report he sent us after the inspection was well organized and clearly written. We would definitely hire him again and would recommend him to relatives and friends.

He arrived earlier and started looking around the house even before we got there.
He was / is very friendly
He was great at explaining and making sure to show us important things (to show us everything and comment on everything, good or bad)
He didn't make me feel like any of my questions were dumb (even though some of them were simple things that I knew were basic knowledge)
He was very thorough to leave all of us feeling quite happy with our choice of inspector
I had the very thorough written report with pictures in 2 hours after the inspection
He goes over everything with you as he's doing it and at the end of the appointment to sum it all up so there's no confusion about what's wrong and what things you should be hurrying to schedule other expert inspections for
He was very clear about which potential problems are just good to be aware of and which actually need to be fixed (and how fast)
He did not grumble about because the house's attic access was in an oddly configured tiny closet.
He's happy to be called if you have more questions later or need a referral for a specialist inspector or contractor of some sort.
I'm honestly pretty sure there are more that I'm just not thinking of.

Had Mike inspect a potential income property for me recently.
