Mike was absolutely fantastic! He walked us through the entire inspection and explained everything in great detail. With this being our first home, it was very helpful to receive explanations on how to fix little things, the life spans of various fixtures, and the approximate costs of repair/maintenance. The detailed report we got was also great, as it had lots of explanations and links to definitions/great detail. We also followed up with Mike afterwards and he was great to answer our questions.

Mike was extremely thorough and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me and provided valuable tips and insights along the way. These were vital to the final agreement and plan of action to resolve the issues, and our buyers also appreciated the way the information was outlined. My legal representative also commented on the quality of the report and inspection and said it was among the top ones they have seen in a long time. I came across Mike's company through an online search and spoke with him only briefly. It was a no-brainer to go with him and his responses to my questions put me at ease.
