A great and informative inspection
Mike did a great job in his inspection of our home. He came early for an inspection for our 30 day Tarion application. He had come out explaining a few issues with our home and did even went over and above to explain what kind of maintenance we need for each item. He had also pointed out what the builder had done well on.
Before we had some misgivings with how our builder had handled the home, but now we have some very positive feelings as well due to what he had explained. Hopefully it all works out in our 30 day report, but we are certainly impressed with how well Mike Heeley did his inspection. Thank you for the very informative report and information. We will definitely recommend you to family members and friends.
