Ilia worked hard to ensure our needs and budget were met and I appreciate that. He is very honest and easy to work with. Always called and showed up on time as agreed. Three weeks later, despite our busy schedule, our window installation was complete. It was a brick to brick installation for 6 double hung white frame windows on our main floor. Overall this company exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond and taking the extra mile towards customer satisfaction.

The salesman that came to our house for the window presentation was very understanding and helpful. He clearly knows his product and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns promptly. His experience shows and he was sympathetic to our needs and budget without being pushy. Our windows were ready and installed in just two weeks and the installation team also seemed to be experienced and very professional. They did a fabulous job with the installation and clean up. It's been two months since the windows were installed and they are working great so far no complaints.

This company is a little bit pricey but it makes up for that with dedication to customer satisfaction and high quality standards. The new windows have made a huge difference. They are well insulated and sealed so we can maintain our desired room temperature and there is no more draft like before. The sales person was very polite and professional as he should be and he gave us many options to choose from. Installers were fast and efficient and we can see they have lots of experience. My sister and her husband are planning to change their windows this year and she told me they are not even considering different companies she will be calling GoldStar.

Individual who sold us windows is more than pleasant and helpful. He always kept in touch and called us after the installation to make sure everything went well. We purchased one bay window (2 fixed one casement) upstairs and 3 casement windows for the main floor. Also we installed a double sliding patio door at the back to go into backyard. Everything was done in a timely manner and looks perfect. We are very happy with all the work from Goldstar.

I have been renovating my house for 14 months and had to deal with many contractors and sales people. Fortunately Goldstar was one of the more positive experiences I had and compared to other companies I've been doing business with, Goldstar is top choice. I have no complaints except that I was able to get cheaper quotes for my windows from other dealers but unfortunately if you want the best you have to spend a little more and since I am doing my home renovation step by step I want to take the time to make sure I do it right and Goldstar provided me with the best windows, experienced installation team and extremely knowledgeable staff who didn't waste my time. After countless empty promises and messed up work I had done this past year I am happy to say Goldstar windows did a spectacular job on our windows like promised thats why I am taking the time to write this great review and give them 10 stars.

The product is great as is the customer service. The salesman showed me an endless selection of beautiful entry doors and helped me narrow it down to fit my budget. He was very patient with me. The installation took place on a hot summer afternoon on a Sunday because that was the only day I could stay home to make sure everything was delivered as promised. The installers worked tirelessly until the job was done to my satisfaction. This company is highly recommended and from what I understand they get most of their clients by word of mouth. I will be giving them a call again for any future door or window installations.

Goldstar changed 4 panel bay window for me and they gave me reasonable price when I compared with other quotes and product quality. Window is fit perfectly, caulking is neatly done, the installation is done very well. Excellent workmanship and beautiful product selection. I give 10/10.
