Quick review for Gold Star Window. I don’t normally write/read reviews for anything, I prefer to talk in person and go with my instincts, but Gold Star did such a stellar job on my property that when they asked me to write a review I could not refuse. All I can say is that you can’t go wrong with this company. I have negotiated with the sales consultant, met with the installers and spoken to the office staff as well as the manager on several occasions. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, professional and most importantly experienced. The entire staff team at Gold Star does good work and I can see why this company is so successful.

We always had problems with condensation and recently noticed mould starting to form in the window glass so I knew it was time to upgrade. I wasn’t going to replace with just any cheap windows that would have the same issues in the next 10 years so after consulting with a few companies I ordered the best Low E Argon gas insulated high energy efficient windows with a transferable lifetime warranty. We chose exactly the style/colour options we wanted and went along with the financing option so we have 2 years to pay. Sandra was our sales consultant and she was very patient with us while we made our decision. Once the windows were installed we knew we chose the right company. It was a flawless installation by Alex and Vlad who did a clean professional job. Took all our old windows away and cleaned up to the tee.

I got great kind service when selecting the new windows from Ilia. The time frame of the quote to installation was a reasonable 4 weeks and the price never changed after the final measurements. There was no delays and the installation went smoothly and lasted about 6 hours for the 6 regular casement windows and 2 basement windows plus the high profile bay window upstairs. I received my lifetime warranty in the mail one week after installation was complete and now I feel confident recommending this company to friends and family.

Our sales rep was friendly and honest and very knowledgeable of the product options. The whole order process was efficient and clear from the beginning. The installation team was extremely polite and left nothing for us to clean up. Our installation date was actually pushed back 4 days due to a schedule conflict with the installer but they did call us ahead of time to let us know and apologized so I am not upset about that. I was able to complete my window project UNDER my budget and I couldn’t be more pleased with this company. Thank you for the beautiful windows and friendly service.

I collected quotes to enlarge a window in my master bedroom and ended up signing with Goldstar window. I was worried because of the complexity of my specific project and actually checked out references in my area, one of which had a similar cutout order and they were very happy with their installation from Goldstar. I have to say that the installers did a seamless job on the brickwork. Everything was done as promised by professional installers and high quality windows. I almost signed with another company due to a cheaper price but I’m glad I didn’t because Goldstar was able to provide everything I needed to feel secure and confident about my project. I will not hesitate to recommend or use their services again in the future.

Goldstar installed our windows last year. Clean window installation all the way so needless to say when it came time for new doors we called Nick and he came over and provided us with an excellent offer as his previous clients. I never had a problem with any part of my order from Goldstar. Everything from the initial quote to installation and removal of old doors was perfectly clean without any hassle. Very professional company that I would recommend to anyone looking for new beautiful windows or doors.

Window project went well as expected. The window consultant came to my house twice and the installer came 3 days later to take the final measurements. He was quick, professional and experienced because all the windows fit perfectly. Since I had a big project (18 windows) I got lots of free extras such as self cleaning glass and additional color options free of charge. The installation crew worked 2 full days, got rid of my old wooden windows and installed the new ones. Cleaned up everything after themselves all I had to do was put up the shutters. Really easy to work with and flexible with negotiating. I’m glad I chose Goldstar windows and I’m really happy with the results.

I was refer to Goldstar window by my friend Lana and I meet with Roma who speak Russian so its easy for me to understand and I know what I’m order before it’s too late. He give me very good price and explain everything. He spend many hours with me and even take me to the showroom factory so I can see my doors before even installation. Front door now looks beautiful exactly how I like it even my husband love it! Installers are so nice too and they work fast and finish in time. Good professional team and company. I will recommend to all my friends.

Nothing but great things to say about my experience from Gold Star Window. The installation crew was professional and courteous. They left the work area nice and tidy when they finished with the installation. Same goes for the sales guy. He offered solutions for my insulation issues and I was able to change my order after signing the contract which I found helpful. Not every company will let you do that once they have your down payment. I finally have some windows in my house that open and they look great.
