I was completely impressed from hello to good bye with Gold Star company, their staff, their professionalism and service.... in every way it was worth every penny. I have excellent quality - top of the line energy efficient windows - custom built for me and installed in a professional, timely, attentive, neat and tidy manner. I could not be happier... The windows are excellent and I could not have had a better experience... I recommend this company - ABSOLUTELY!!! 12 double pane windows were installed in my condo. They have a lifetime guarantee that is transferable - so if I sell my condo the new owner has a full lifetime guarantee.

They were amazing on the phone... sent Roman to discuss the windows and give an estimate. He was timely and attentive. Then they sent another person Sergio to measure for the custom windows... they, too arrived on time and as expected - very professional and attentive. Then Gold Star arrived exactly as they'd promised to install the windows. Two very neat, clean, attentive, cordial gentlemen Sergio and Alex arrived at the time they'd been scheduled to arrive. They worked diligently from 9AM to 7:15PM installing 12 windows in my condo. They used tarps to protect everything including my floors and furniture. They cleaned behind themselves with a broom, vacuum and rags. They repaired the window frames that were removed to place the windows. They asked for permission to use restroom and left everything clean. The windows are top of the line and the service is equivalent in excellence.

GoldStar Windows was the last vendor that I called regarding the replacement of an eight foot Bay window in my living room. The Bay window was single paned and cracked in two places There were no screens and I couldn't open up one of the flankers. It was probably over thirty years old!!! The vendors that came before GoldStar were all higher priced. When I asked one of them if they could put a picture window in instead of a Bay they told me it couldn't be done because of the way my window was set up!!! The GoldStar representative Nick arrived within the time frame indicated. He was patient and polite. He was the only one that came with samples!!! I chose a picture window with two casement flankers with bright brass grids with diamond designs. The window is double paned with argon gas; more energy efficient. The installer, Sergio, arrived on time (I live far from their main office) and worked diligently. He also did a good job of cleaning up. The window looks beautiful!!! I didn't want to hang the window treatments back up!!! Of course I had to. I would certainly turn to GoldStar for future jobs. Thanks to HomeStars for helping me find competant repair companies that are courteous, professional, and don't rip you off!!!

On Saturday, November 24, Ilia arrived from Gold Star Windows. He showed me window samples which would approximate the construction of a sliding glass door from Gold Star. Ilia was able to answer all my questions readily. I explained to him that their door was a little more expensive than others that I had looked at. Ilia called his boss who lowered the price. Then explained that I needed this door to be installed by December 16 for the closing of the sale of my home. Ilia called Sandra at Gold Star Windows. Sandra guaranteed that the door would be installed by December 16. An order was put in to manufacture my door on Monday, November 26. On Thursday, December 6, Gold Star Windows called to schedule the installation during the following week. I had the door installed on December 14. The crew showed up at 8:00 AM as scheduled. They covered the inside and outside with canvas drop clothes. The old door was removed and the new door was installed by 10:30 AM. The work crew cleaned up the work area. It was spotless and the door was beautiful. I was asked to inspect the work to be sure that I was satisfied. I was then instructed how to open close and lock the door. I was very happy with the quality of the door and the work. They were worth every penny. Also the door came up a lifetime warranty which I doubt that will ever need to use, but made me feel even more confident in Gold Star Windows. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gold Star Windows.

I saw reviews online, and called GoldStar Window. They were very nice on the phone and scheduled a time for estimate within 48 hours of when I called. They were able to come out on the weekend.
The representative Roman came out, measured our windows and was very informative with their products. We knew what type of window we wanted, so he was able to promptly give us an example and estimate of what they could provide.
We waited 24 hours before we responded with answer. Roman was very nice about having us get back to him the next day and not pushy at at all about needing an answer that moment.
After we responded with our "yes" for the proposal, GoldStar was quick to contact us with a date for installation. Our installation date ended up being Tues., October 30, in the middle of the heavy rain. GoldStar was able to move the date to Thursday, Nov. 1st.
2 Installers Sergeo an Alex came at 8:45 am and completed the project by around 1:00 pm. They were prompt, courteous, informative and kept the work area clean.

GoldStar is the kind of company you want to do business with. The sales represenative Roman was attentive, no-pressure and completely explained the products available, suitability and demonstrated the features in a professional, thoughtful manner. Any questions we had during and after our initial contact with this provider were promptly answered to satisfaction. Given the nature of the project, we had many, first-hand recommendations of GoldStar Windows from neighbors in our immediate area.
The crew arrived on time, Alex and Ivan were friendly and wasted no time in removing the old windows. We were amazed they were so quick but careful and respectful of our home and immediately cleaned the areas they worked in. Replacement was equally as quick as all windows were installed, outside-trimmed and sealed as required. In fact they completed installing all windows the same day! Carpenters came the next day to build a small roof over the custom bow window.
To date, the windows perform perfectly and no remediation has been required. (One winter and summer season has now passed since installation without issues and our cost savings in both heating and cooling have been improved to expectation.) I highly recommend the products we selected and the professionalism and care GoldStar exhibited before, during and after completion of this project. We are very pleased with this provider.

After several frustrating calls and estimates, I found Gold Star Windows.. My first call I was actually able to speak to person instead of a machine. The rep. Ilia gave me some background info (been in business for @30 years, etc) and set me up for an estimate. Ilia was prompt and personable. He got right down to business, gave a thorough, but not too technical explanation of the windows and the whole process. He basically answered my questions before I even had to ask!! He realized the problems I had with my current windows with just a quick look. Ilia explained the specs for the particular windows I wanted, gave me a fair price, and was not pushy. Emails and phone calls were promptly answered by Ilia himself, and I had placed the order.
Communication was good when we set up date to install. Sergio and Alex (installers) showed up on time, were careful not to dirty my floors and house, took out the old, put in the new, fixed wood and insulation, capped and caulked inside and out!! Sergio answered my questions, gave some final info and the windows look great!!! So far the window quality is good. It's a lot quieter, they are easy to open, and the tilt out makes it so easy to keep clean. I highly recommend Gold Star Windows and the brand
that they use..Can't wait to see the difference in my heating bills!!!

About a year ago, I had GoldStar company install a steel door/storm door combination and couldn't have been more happy with the results. The salesperson Nick was very friendly and personable and quoted me a very affordable price. The installers Ivan and Alex were professional, polite, and efficient and even cleaned up afterwards, removing both old doors and all the debris. I was so impressed, that when I needed new windows, I called GoldStar again, and last week they installed 6 new windows in my house. Once again, they were courteous, quick and clean. One pleasant experience could be a fluke, but after they impressed me once again, I felt I had to write a review.

GoldStar Windows were absolutely the most professional company we have ever hired from beginning to completion of project. The salesman Ilia did everything and anything above and beyond our satisfaction. The installer GoldStar sent out to do the work Ivan was just as professional and a very meticulous and artistic carpenter! All the work was completed in the time frame specified by GoldStar. The windows look absolutely fantastic and have transformed the entire look of our once dated looking 1950's home to a very modern and contemporary look. I would absolutely recommend GoldStar Windows to anyone interested in replacing their windows. Ilia was also very helpful in coming up with the design for our new windows. We will be using them again in the near future. I give them a 10+
