The standard practice of Service Experts to present with 2 personnel for a routine service call is very questionable. We have experienced this scenario on 3 separate service calls so I presume this is the standard procedure. Why is a salesperson required to attend with a service technician for a home visit especially during a pandemic? Not every call requires a pitch for a new system upgrade !!
