Roto Rooter Plumbers

Submit request for after hours service as my family and I had been experiencing some issues with the main toilet flushing properly. After review with the technician who was friendly enough. We discovered that it was a sewer main clog. Snakes from the shared access point to the street. 20min later unclogged. As customers we are pleased with the response time however shocked with the billing. As it was outside of the regular business hours of operation (5:30 time of work order created) we were forced to pay time and a half "after hours" which resulted in a final bill for $525 for 20-30min of work completed.. Not impressed with the price.

BEWARE of Roto rooter!! I called them asking for an estimate regarding a plumbing problem. The woman called me back with the hourly rate for the holiday and I told her i was NOT interested! I called another company who fixed the problem at half that rate. THEN roto rooter showed up an hour or so later. I did NOT give permission for them to come on my property! I did NOT ask for their service!! This guy got out of the truck and came to my door anyway trying to get me to sign something (I refused). Afterwards I received a rediculous bill from them and they referred me to Wiggins collection agency who have been bothering me ever since.

After posting this review, a man from Roto Rooter called me to apologize and assured me I would no longer be billed for this. Thank you Joel at Roto Rooter.

Professional and handy. Came to the site prompt, I feit the job was done well - there have been no issues to date since - and would gladly recommend them. Much appreciated.

When I couldn't solve the problem of my backed up drains, I started looking for a professional. A websearch came up with many, but as it was 5:00 most had 'after hours' rates. Roto-rooter's day rate extends until 7:00, and the quoted price was reasonable. A service van arrived about an hour after the call (even though they said 15 minutes)

The tech was polite, helpful and all around nice. He assessed the situation, telling me the service would be lower than the quote given on the phone! I directed him to the downstairs sink, and he added a drain, brought in the rooter and solved the problem in about 15 minutes.

Well worth the $200 - Other's wanted $170 to start and might not have fixed the problem in such a short time. I recommend Roto Rooter if you have water backed up in your house. Done right and quick!

My watermain broke in August and flooded my Crawl space and Basement. I have asked for quoate from 3 different plumbing company and the other 2 company quoated for $3500 to $5000 and they sai d they have to replace the plumbimg from the main into the house. James from roto rooter is very knowlegeable and could give me the approximate cost for the job and time line and finished within a day to repair and replace the broken part. I am extremely please with his work and any plumbing job at my house or friend and relatives I will recommend him and his company. He did what need to be done and I am glad that my garden wasn't dugged out and replace the pipe which I think is Unnecessary
