Appliance Genie Repair And Service

I called yesterday for service to repair my LG Dryer. I was given three different appointment times to select. I was told there would possibly be a 2 hour window. The service advisors arrived early, had the solution in less than 8 minutes. The problem was fixed and they were on there way in less than 40 minutes.

I cannot put to words how grateful I am for the service, care and compassion that was given to us by Appliance Genie. To have your washing machine stop working on a Saturday, one week before Christmas leaves for little hope that you will be up a running as soon as you would like.

We placed a call to Appliance Genie on Saturday morning and by noon we had received a phone call back providing a full diagnosis to what the problem could be, as well as steps we could take to problem solve this on our own. Thankfully my husband is handy and felt confident he could take a part the washer as instructed by the technician. Before you knew it, we had a working washing machine! We also learned that cleaning out the draining pipe can be very helpful; lots of neat things get stuck in there I tell you!

As a mom of two young boys who love to get dirty, having a working washing machine is vital. And having a service you can count on is even more vital. I can not thank you enough Appliance Genie for providing that good old fashion customer service that you just don't get anymore.

We were having problems with our dishwasher intermittently. When they arrived for the initial call he was very knowledgeable about our dishwasher and was able to identify the issue from my description.

In March, three months after moving into my condo in Guelph, the refrigerator wasn't doing its job, the temperature wasn't cold and the food was spoiling. I saw the reviews for Appliance Genie, emailed and booked an appointment.
The technician was on time and was able to quickly find the cause. I was especially impressed that the required part was on the truck and the repair was done immediately. He was also kind enough to take the time to explain the 'ins and outs' of the other appliances which had come with the condo.

My dryer quit the day before we were packing up to leave on vacation. I called Appliance Genie at 5pm, expecting to book an appointment for the day we returned. The technician called back within 20 minutes to say he could come right away. By 7pm I was using my dryer again! So thrilled with the speedy & efficient service and pricing was in-line with the other companies I called. Will definitely use this company again.
