Our hot water was broken. My brother called a bunch of companies to come and fix it. No one was available until next week. They also asked him a ton of questions about what type of hot water tank or boiler we had at the house among other questions we didn't know the answer to. I called Guru Plumbing and Jim called me back right away. I sent him photos of our water tank and he immediately said he would come today. Within 30 minutes, he arrived at the house and fixed our hot water issue after 10 minutes. He informed us we had to have other services done - that we should book again.
