After interviewing 3 wall paper installers, we chose Daniel's company Twig Wall paper and finestwallpaper.com.
after installation, there were very noticeable joining lines, bubbles. Were told it will settle in 2 days, it did not. After a week we called but no answer, had to chase them for over a month finally showed up and said nothing can be done and blamed the type of wall paper used for the ceiling (if this was the case they could have pointed it out before installation but nothing was told and Benjamin Moore told us this wall paper was specifically for ceiling application).
Where the other area (gray wall paper below) did not line up with the moulding, blamed the wall and the moulding that is not straight not their shabby work. I asked for a refund of our money and was told that sorry no and they would only refund $200 out of the $750 if I ripped the wall paper, bought new paper (this cost me already over $1,000) and got it installed by some one else and upon seeing the picture that it is done right, they would only refund me $200. Very unprofessional.
DO NOT USE THEM.
