Reynolds Brothers Exteriors

We had a neighbour have the brothers replaces their eaves and I wanted to see the work as ours were getting old. I was impressed with the workmanship and look so I called to inquire. Within a day I got a call back and one of the brothers came over for a consultation and quote. Very reasonable and we were very happy with the pride and quality of materials and work they produced. We were so happy that Ryan when he learned that we needed new windows also said that they provide windows. After having a few different companies for windows in for an assessment and quote, we once again chose the Reynolds. The product and quality were superb and when our existing blinds and shutters did not fit with the window trim, the brothers did not hesitate to fix the problem by measuring and cutting them accordingly. Bravo. If you're concidering going with the Reynolds, do not hesitate. They provide great product and workmanship and are prompt and provide what they promise. Not only did they do a great job installing new eavestroughs, but they fixed a problem with my roof flashing which was causing a leak no charge. They were very professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

Usually I don't trust reviews (and I don't write them) but I have to admit that Reynolds Brothers' Homestars reviews helped us in our choice.

Neil called back within a day, came to see us, gave us a prompt quote, and discouraged wasting our money on a quick-fix repair before spring.

We were very glad to be doing business with a local company - Neil lives several streets away from us.

Basically we needed all of the original eaves from 1992 replaced. The quote was reasonable, and the installation went quickly. It all looks really great!

All we did was a quick runaround with the installers on the day-of, to discuss where downspouts should go (we shifted 3 of them, added removeable downspout extensions, and added a 4th downspout to comply with code).

It's nice to see conscientious workers (thanks Josh and partner), and a company that shows up and does what they say they will, within their quote. There's lots of companies that don't do this!

No more worries about water between the eaves and the soffit, and no more ponding/pooling at the foundation. Neil explained it all, and why the product they install is better than the original.

Great company! Too bad our eavestroughs will likely outlive us, otherwise we would definitely be back for more.

Purchased our first home and the Eavestroughs, Soffit and Fascia were in rough shape and needed to come down. We didnt think anybody would do them in the winter, but the Reynolds Brothers did and they did such a professional job. The quality of work was above our expectation, the turnover time was faster then we thought and the professionalism of the team was great. Even the small stuff like ensuring the site was clean after each day was done. They even sent a staff member out to give us advise on what colour we should go with! I would recommend them to anybody. Reynolds Bros. did a great job on our farm property. If there were any concerns Neil addressed them promptly and kindly. We also asked if they could do our gables in siding and it was done to perfection.

The crew were professional and courteous.

I had a terrible experience last winter with an ice dam on my roof that left damage inside my living room. I tried to keep the ice clear but was unsuccessful.
I called Reynolds because I found their listing on HomeStars and was able to speak with Ryan right away! (No leaving messages on a machine or simply no answer..). I explained my situation but was worried that I was out of time with winter starting early. He knew exactly what I was talking about, offered a sensible solution and was able to fit me into their schedule quickly. The price was right and the work was done professionally and neatly. They even did a visual inspection of my roof area where the previous damage had occurred to ensure that nothing else was required. I have already recommended them to a couple of my neighbours who have had similar issues and would do so again without hesitation.

A very professional and honest team from the initial contact thru to the finished job. They were careful to save our existing soffits. Clear explanations of what needed to be done and our concerns addressed. The final bill was considerably less when presented as some material was not needed. Thank you Neil and Ryan. These guys did an amazing job! Our project required immediate attention and they were there on time when they said they would be. They had some great ideas & made modifications to accommodate our homes unique design. They also detected & corrected an issue that was caused by a different company that we had hired to repair our roof earlier this year. I can't name names but they are a large roofing company in Barrie that rhymes with "painers".

Our detached garage needed a makeover badly. It had never had eaves , facia or soffits . The guys were all great....friendly and personable and even enjoyed our dogs . They worked efficiently and in a timely manner. Very pleased with the end result.
